Subway — Restaurant in Las Cruces

I have been going to this subway for about 3-4 months, almost daily.

I'm not a big fan of the subway, so my review isn't going to be on the food but rather the staff and atmosphere, as well as the conditions of the restaurant.

I would like to start by saying that I adore and appreciate Delilah a lot. She's really quick and good at what she does, and she always has an interesting look. I also loved the manager who was here named Jackie, I haven't seen her in a long while but me and a couple friends gave her a card and some flowers cause I love her atmosphere she brought to the store, feels like a ghost town now.

The bigger problem is the condition of the store. The ice machine has been down for a long while, the toaster goes down often, and just a lot of things are in poor condition and often breaking down. Feels like there is a major lack of staff here and always someone who's in the back, not noticing anyone at the front.

There is a new employee here, and I will keep them anonymous cause I understand they are new and still learning, but sometimes when I buy stuff, the quality is horrible and not close to standards, overcooked or not appealing.

I wouldn't recommend going to this location, but I do respect the people who work at this...

Clean restaurant but the staff are absolutely horrible. It was a little after 8:30 p.m. and their OPEN was already turned off. Technically not closed but staff made you feel otherwise.

Tried ordering two meatball subs and they only had enough for one sub. Okay, it was close to closing and understood if they didn't want to make more meatballs. We order turkey sub with bacon. The gentleman said they only had three slices of bacon left. We accepted that. I tried to order soup but soup is not served after 8:00 p.m.

The gentleman started slamming stuff while getting our order ready. He made it very obvious that we were not welcomed.

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and bacon. The lady went into the back and got bacon for my pizza. The gentleman was so lying when he said there was no more bacon. Save yourself the grief and go to another...

I wanted to try the Mexicali so I ordered it by name and when I got home I was so hungry that I took a bite, thinking it was the sandwich I ordered. Unfortunately, it was not, it was bacon and either turkey or ham and lots of onions. Not at all what I ordered. When I called, manager remembered me ordering Mexicali but rattled off something about number 10 or 7, and i was told to bring the sandwich back for a refund. Rather than just offering a credit for my time and inconvenience. Moral of story, paid for something I did not order and had no intention of taken the half-eaten sandwich back across town. I...
