Tijuana's Las Piedras — Restaurant in Las Piedras

Upon entering the restaurant there was a man sitting on a computer who just asked if it was only 2 and proceeded to let us know we could sit anywhere. We opted for outside. After 15 minutes of waiting with not even a single acknowledgement of our presence we decided to leave. No one approached us as we walked out. The man didn’t even cared and looked away as we walked out. I can understand if waiters are busy, however, a “ hello I’ll be right with you” or even the manager could have stepped in to start the process. I’ve experienced this type of excellent service in many places when they had people that cared. Unfortunately, we see more of this type of behavior more and more. The only thing to do is walk out even if they don’t care. I also know that just one bad experience is not the time to write about since anyone is entitled to a bad day. I feel sorry for the owner, they have a beautiful setup and expensive operation. But honestly I feel sad to write this review, the food was honestly not good. I wish they could just revamp the whole kitchen and retrain everyone here. Me and my family went to this place and pretty much our group we had a not so good tummy experience. Not what expected. Place had a huge sign os the Mexican Tequila brand PATRON... but when I asked for margarita I was informed that "today" were out of stock... strangely last time on this business I had the same excuse when I asked for my favorite tequila...
