I don't even know where to start. We came to Las Vegas to deliver an instacart order to a customer and decided before we head back to Santa Fe to get dinner in Las Vegas, the first Dairy Queen we went to was open but greeted us with "we are not serving food or ice cream" and then laughed at us as we walked out the door, so we went to this location on 7th. I ordered online thru my app at 8:37pm, the app said it would be ready at 8:48pm, when we got to the drive-thru window the young man opened the window, handed us 1 bag and closed the window never greeting us or saying a single word. We waited at the window at least 5min waiting for someone to come back to the window so we could ask where our shake, blizzard, coke, extra toast, and 2 extra gravies were that were all ordered and paid for. 1 young lady we heard ask another employee "What are these people still waiting on?" When the young man came back to the window he said "what do you need?" We let him know everything we were still missing and he rudely said "We don't have gravy" which we were not told anything about in the 1st place and realized our orders only had 2 ranches. He close the window and came back with a very melted runny Shake , and two pieces of toast that were cold, still missing our blizzard, my Coke and nothing regarding the cost that we paid extra for the extra gravy that we never got. We then waited there even longer for someone to come back to the window and we let them know what we were still missing and got attitude from her as well and she yelled at one of the other workers to "hand out the damn blizzard" when the original kid handed us the blizzard it was not the correct blizzard that was ordered, when we told him this after waiting again for someone to come back to the window, when the female came to the window I asked her if it was with the choco brownie base instead of the oreo cookie base I had relaplaced the brownie base with she got the original male top come to the window, we told him and said "ok and?" that's when I asked him what his problem was and it was bs that they are being so shitty!! Finally he came back to the window with my blizzard it was messy spilling over on the side and no lid or anything, the spoon was shoved in the blizzard (I thought they normally came wrapped in a sealed plastic and not in the blizzard already?). At this point we still hadn't gotten the extra ranch or my soda. That's when finally we saw who we thought was a manger and asked the kid to get the manager, he snapped at us and went and got who we believe was a manger or shift leader. We explained everything to him. Honestly, I have never seen such rude, disrespectful workers and I've worked a long time in fast food and customer service. The kid at the window needs either an attitude change ASAP or terminated. I would never allow someone like that working for my business. By time we got what we received and had handed back the shake since it was pretty much chocolate milk at that time our food was cold and never got my soda it was already...
Read moreYesterday evening myself and brother went to DQ for ice cream (around 8:30 or so) we placed our order and drove up to the window as we pulled up we saw a DQ employee (a female) was sitting on the counter by the window “chillin”, another girl opened the window she was very very unkind and rude. My brother respectfully asked her if she could put whipped cream on his Sunday (which he had asked prior for ) she grabbed it from him yes grabbed it slammed the window on us we both were like “DAMNN she’s mad” poor girl ends up dropping the Sunday had to make an other one, gives us a banana spilt (which we did not order) gave us the Sunday didn’t said “ have a nice evening NOTHING” no acknowledgment no apology just completely rude and disrespectful. FOR NO REASON it was sad. Whoever the girl was thanks for free banana spilt and I hope ur day got better maybe try actually treating “paying” customers with compassion and kindness and you would make less mistakes. The energy you put out is the energy you receive thanks for the free banana split. I don’t care what you do for a living but do it with pride and kindness. Also they have a sign on the window saying tips are appreciated but don’t do nothing to earn them lol...
Read moreI've ordered at this location 3 times and each time either I'm missing something from my order or something is made wrong. This time which was the 3rd time, the chicken strips were nearly cold and gravy was so watery. They didn't put the toast in either basket and the hot fudge shake was practically vanilla with a slight color change. My burgers have been made wrong in the past and they always forget the gravy. I usually order here because the drive through is convenient and I'm usually on my way to Santa Fe for work. When I have the time I order at the other location and everything is on point, from the customer service, the stores cleanliness and the amazing food which is always correct. I did have time today but have been in pain so decided to go through the drive through yet again hoping the 3rd time was a charm but not even close. My kids and I love DQ and will continue to go to the one on Columbia but will no longer go to this one. I've tried to give them credit because I've worked in fast food and restraunts and I know mistakes happen but when it's every single time, it's not a mistake. It's flat out carelessness and laziness.
