If I could rate this with 0 stars I would. This place not only has horrible customer service, but they are also unsanitary. My family and I would order food from here plenty of times, but the only time we have ever had an issue is when Leslie is handling orders. To start, we had ordered $100 worth of food to have our order given to other customers. When we got down to explain the situation, Leslie proceeded to call the customers whom she gave our order to so they could bring back our food. I told her that we wanted new food since we did not want the food that was already given to other people. She did not want to make new food and proceeded to ask if we can just take the loss because it would come out of her check. We argued back and forth about the situation until another employee came out and said they were going to remake the food. Which we had to wait a good minute for. After that situation we were hesitant to eat there again. Today, we placed an order for pick up and when we arrived to pick it up, it was Leslie again. We received the food and double checked it. After checking our order we noticed we were missing a quesadilla so we informed her of that and she proceeded to give attitude saying “Did you check the bag” “It’s in the brown bag” “Hand me the bag so i can check it” so as my sister is trying to hand me the brown bag she hands me another bag so she can grab the brown one. Leslie says “not that bag the brown one” as if we are stupid. We hand her the brown bag and she says it in there, we told her those were the tacos. She then started reaching in the bag with her dirty hands, no gloves. pulling out the food and then proceeds to acknowledge the missing quesadilla and hands us back the brown bag and said she would get the missing food. So I asked Leslie if we could get new sopapillas, she then asked for the bag and I told her to bring out the new sopapillas and then I would hand her the bag for the reason of ensuring they weren’t handing us back the same sopapillas. She said “I cannot give you new ones if you don’t give the old ones first” so I then asked for a manager and was informed there was not one, so I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to she said she was the only one there. She proceeded to say that she was the head cook for the schools, so my sister said “if you were then you should know not to touch food with dirty hands” she got upset and said she had the right to refuse service and slammed the window to the drive thru in our face, this is before we receive the missing food. So we parked and got down, when we went inside she was avoiding us then put the missing food on the table and said there you go as she walked away. She proceeded to ignore us again a worker came from the back so we were trying to explain the situation when she stepped into the conversation and claimed she did not touch the food. I told her I’ve had issues with her before and tried to explain the first issue I had with her when she then cut me off and said to get out. We said we wanted a refund for the sopapillas and she had the other worker go and get us new ones. At this point she is walking around the restaurant arguing saying if we don’t leave she was going to call the cops. I told her to call the cops. The worker brought out the sopapillas and we left. This restaurant and the staff are very unprofessional and unsanitary. I would not recommend even giving it a chance. My family of 7 came from a funeral to eat, the rude waitress said sit anywhere. So we chose the back and began moving 2 tables together to accommodate our big family. The rude waitress Ran.. yes RAN over to us and rudely said you can't do that that's not allowed, there's a table up front that sits 7. She could have told us that when we walked in but no she said sit anywhere. Another group of 6 or 7 walked in and they walked to the back and moved the same 2 tables together and she didn't say one word to them. She then took 15 minutes to even ask our drink order. Took another 10 minutes for us to get our drinks. She asked if we were ready to order, my out of state husband asked if they had salad and she condescending laughed at him and said "this is a Mexican restaurant". When we finally got our food, the order was completely wrong, things we asked not to be on the food were on the food. She would walk by really fast and say need anything else but never stopped just asked and kept on walking away, never giving us the opportunity to tell her anything. We have been going to Raphaels for 15 years and up to about 2 years ago service was good but is now a complete joke. My kids have better service skills than the 3 grown women that were serving. The quality of the food has really declined. The appearance of our food was not very appetizing. Our drinks were empty during the entire time of eating our meal. We saw our waitress eating in the busser station instead of walking around giving refills and serving customers needs. Several tables were dirty and not set for new customers. Customers waited for more than 30 minutes for their food. One table of 5 walked out. It was not busy either. The waitress set out table while we were seated in very strange steps. She only gave us forks and no spoons or knives and the one knife she brought us was dirty. We ordered menudo and had to ask for the lemon, oregano and onion. We ordered a nachos supreme that had stale chips and some canned beans and florescent cheese for $7.99 ,the nachos looked disgusting. Who pays for an $8.00 BLT that doesnt come with fries, if you want fries you pay an additional $3.49. So for a simple meal you are paying $11 plus?
