Subway — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I am posting 1 star due to customer service. “EV” was combative and extremely rude after she was made aware that she made a BLT sandwich incorrectly and did not add lettuce or tomato. When I called the store she began yelling at me telling me it’s the customers responsibility to tell her what to put on a sandwich but she was told because a BLT has lettuce and tomato…. She then got mad and did not suggest making it correctly and told me to contact the manager and then hung up on me and would not answer the phone. I paid for a sandwich and never got what I ordered and I can’t even eat the sandwich she made because it’s simply bread and bacon with mayo. I am saddened how bad customer service is and how uneducated the employees making the sandwiches actually are. Waste of money and I would go to a different subway and order from someone that actually knows their job and what they are making. the food is awesome; however, one of the workers, gabriella, were very rude!! I came in to get a sandwich and saw that i was bleeding, so i cleaned it in the bathroom and as soon as i came out she forsfully said “are you going to order something.” I was shocked, but didn’t say anything. Had to return to this subway 3 times to get order right. Staff had zero skill in customer service or escalations. Missed an hour of my day, food got cold. And I got food poisoning. Prep area was filthy with 2 overwhelmed and, clearly, undertrained team member. Manager was called and offered to comp meal on third visit. Really not close to enough when you have family visiting to watch a football game. Expectation of an order bring right first time, second time? Three trip to get it right. Location...
