I got 4 quarter pounders with cheese, 1 double quarter pounders with cheese, 2 lrg fries, 1 lrg fry, no salt, and 1 lrg sweet tea. I drove to my nieces new house in brenizer to help finish cleaning her new house. We took our dinner break, and all 5 burgers were raw inside. I called immediately, and the manager Tyler. He was nice and said the cook must have cooked them all together, and he could see them being raw. Said come back within 30 days, and he would replace or refund. I called the next day and spoke with Riley. I advised her that I wanted a refund, not a replacement. We all had stomach cramps and other symptoms from eating raw meat. (I told Tyler that my husband had 2 bites left, me and my niece had 2 bites taken the 4th wasn't touched but raw as well. We stopped eating and spit out the raw meat. I offered to take photos of the burgers and send them to him, and he said no its not needed) Riley said to come in for a refund. I go in, and she advises me they can't refund all the burgers only 3 ¼'s. I told her they were all raw and I offered photos to send him, and he declined and said he didn't need them. She repeated that she was only told to refund 3 ¼ pounders, not the others. I said, "Can't you just call him back because I'm sure he's mistaken?" She said, "Managers have better things to do at home, and I can't call him." I said you just called him before you came to see me. " She said, "he called her." I said, "How did he call you and know I was here?" She then said yes, I called him. I said, "Can't you just call him back?" Because he made a mistake. She repeated multiple times, and I was told only to refund 3. I gave in and said, "I am calling corporate." We got sick from it, and this is ridiculous. They didn't apologize at all. I will be calling corporate. I just wanted my money back for the raw burgers. I asked her if she could take my info and have him call me. She ignored me. I said, "Excuse me and repeated myself. She just looked away, I asked if she was really ignoring me. (I was not rude or difficult at all the entire time) I said ok when is the next time he's in, I'll call him." She said, idk. I said really? Is he here tomorrow? She said he's here tomorrow. She acted like I was the enemy, and I did something wrong to them. So I just said forget it, I'm calling corporate then and left. Please check the burgers before eating or giving them to your children. 💥 UPDATE: I called corporate 3 times in a month. The 3rd call, he assured someone would call back. Finally, after the 3rd call the next day, the manager called me and apologized and said neither of the people I spoke with worked there anymore. She refunded my whole order. She also said she was not told about the incident until that day. They are lucky it...
Read moreMy bagel was burnt both were burnt my husband ate his an didn’t seem to care but mine was nasty so when I called I was told it would be replaced my next visit make sure if you call you get the managers name because when I came back for said sandwich I was told after 30 days they are thrown away an if that’s the case it’s fine but tell your customer that sorry when your food is messed up your not real eager to run back. But I was gave the wrong number for Corprate 3 times an then heard her conversation with her manager about not giving me the number an laughing for her to call me guess she didn’t want to because the manager got back on with the correct number. Now I am the GM of the Irwin Burgerking and the way I was treated is absolutely disgusting I felt like a criminal all I wanted is the food that I paid for the money I work very hard for everyday so when I’m purchasing something I want to be able to eat it that simple. So apparently it’s ok to treat your customers like this. I will not spend my money here I will take the extra drive to go to Greensburg. I know one thing that I should thank them for is I will be extremely mindful on how I handle these situations at my store because this is not a good feeling we have jobs because of the customers because the customers want to spend their money with us an that should mean more to a company then a product that they probablyonly cost them less then a dollar to make. The managers name is Ashley an the manager she was talking to on the phones name was Jenn. After writing this I get my food an ask for extra breakfast sauce an only 1 piece of cheese it definitely had extra breakfast sauce but both had 2 pieces of cheese the girl argues with me that it only had 1 piece so not only did I pay for the bagel that I should of got for free it ended up being wrong again when I called she said you can come back an I’ll replace it actually really made me mad I don’t want it fixed I wanted right the first 2 times like seriously I get it this business is not easy but come on do not need it fixed be a I will not be back I will drive to...
Read moreMaybe regular people won't read this review, but I sure hope the manager or district manager of this place does. When I walked in, there was a crude paper sign at the front saying "Due to understaffing, order with the kiosk."(which you know they take down whenever the district manager comes in for a check up) and yet, standing right in front of the sign was a worker casually talking to a few of her friends, and she continued doing this for over 15 minutes while I ate. No greetings of any kind, of course. As well, standing right in the kitchen, in plain view, were two more workers just texting on their phones, which again, continued pretty much the whole time I was there. Then I got my food, and my hamburger was literally dripping grease like a leaky faucet. I wouldn't feed that to my dog, c'mon now. Have some standards. Even just glancing at the other reviews, it looks like my experience wasn't unique. Maybe the managers don't read these, or they just laugh at the bad reviews, but if any of these teenagers want real experience that they can use to have any sort of success in any customer service job, it's better that they learn now rather than later.
... Yeah, just use the drive through. And don't order...
