Subway — Restaurant in Latrobe

My daughters wanted Subway for dinner tonight so we stopped at this location after shopping. The store closed at 10pm, we got there around 8:45pm. When we walked in, the store was clean and the young girl working behind the register instantly greeted us, which was nice. While we were ordering our subs, I noticed an alarm sound going off every few seconds and the young girl waiting on us continued making our subs and would run over to the alarm sound then come right back to us and pick up where she left off without missing a beat. The ENTIRE time she was making our order, she was polite and patient, even while that alarm sound kept going off. As we were paying for our order, the 1 coupon we had wouldn't scan and the young girl was so sweet, she stayed patient and figured it out for us. While she was patiently dealing with my stubborn coupon, we were having general conversation so I had asked her about the alarm sound and found out it was MULTIPLE (7+) doordash orders. She didn't complain once! The young girl who waited on us was absolutely AMAZING! I wish I would've gotten her name because she's the reason I wrote this review. I was truly impressed with her patience, her positive attitude and how well she was at multitasking. She made our order of 4 subs, (all toasted), running back and forth to that alarm, figured out a stubborn coupon and maintained general conversation in less than10 minutes! To the young girl who waited on my daughters and myself on Tuesday, 06/17/24, around 8:45pm, THANK YOU FOR AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE and YOU'RE DOING AN AMAZING JOB! I really hope a manager sees this review and appreciates their worker because she's definitely one...

WARNING!...do NOT order from the subway on Daily Ave. in Latrobe. I placed an online order at 9pm for pickup at 9:45pm. This location is open until 10pm. As I was pulling into the parking lot, I noticed a young woman at the counter on her phone. I proceeded to walk to the door, as I was walking I noticed her running into the back. I tried to open the front door and it was locked. Therefore, I rechecked the hours on the door and they were indeed open until 10. I knocked on the door and stopped and tried to call. That's when the young woman popped her head out looked right at me and continued to hide. I am trying to be understanding of the situation, however, the employee was intentionally hiding. The lack of professionalism from this establishment is astounding. They do not deserve...

Went to the only open subway from Greensburg to Latrobe, operation hours clearly state 10pm on the Google map direction site, we get there around 9:47ish, the doors unlocked, there's a person working inside, and the lights are on. On the door it also clearly states it closes at 10pm. We go in and she goes "sorry we're closed". It would be less annoying if she said the store hours changed but she did not. Frustrating. Felt like she just didn't feel like making anything and just wanted to go home early. Also she yells back "why isn't the door locked?" To someone in the kitchen, maybe because y'all ain't supposed to be closed for another 15 minutes? Not...
