The service was horrible. They didn't have any hamburger buns for the burgers. The boy making my food told me before he started making my food that he was making my burger fresh, but the cheese wasn't melted 😒 so I know that was a lie. The girl that took my order didn't say anything about them not having the buns for the burgers. I ordered number 1, which was the famous star, but I received the Frisco burger. Now, if I wanted the Frisco burger, I would have ordered that, but I didn't. I went back to get my money back, and the boy that was making my food came up front, so I asked him why do I have a Frisco burger? What y'all don't have the regular buns? He said No, so then I asked him why is my cheese not melted if you made my burger fresh? And he said he didn't know and walked away. The manager was SOO UNPROFESSIONAL, He was helping someone else in the drive-thru so I waited, I know he seen me standing there, he was about to go in the back and I called him over and automatically he got defensive with me because y'all messed up my order and I wanted my money back, so because I didn't have the whole meal with me, he said that he needed the fries and drink in order to give me my money back, so I did. When I got back with the fries and the drink he disappeared for 10 minutes knowing that I was coming back, so I waited, he finally popped his head up front to see if I was back, he proceeded to tell me that he didn't need the fries and drink because it was already contaminated, i said i knew you didn't need it but you swore up and down that I needed it in order to get my money back, then he said that I could only get the money for the sandwich even after I brought the whole meal back. It's not my fault your employee's don't have any customer service experience or skills, and not letting their customers know that they were out of buns. Get it together, Hardee's! Read moreI left out a star simply because most fast food places have left at least part of the breakfast menu or regular menu out during the opposite time of day. Hardees has yet to catch up and do that. I hadn't been to Hardees in a few months so when I had asked them for a burger ( only thing my younger baby wanted ) I would have had to wait 45 more minutes for it and that was our last fast food place for a good while because we were traveling on the back roads. So my youngest only had 2 hash rounds (I tried to tell him they were fried bc they basically are) but if you're a mother of a picky eater under 3 years old while on a road trip, you know theres not much you can do. The rest of us ate what hardees did have on the menu, but I ended up having to turn around and backtrack to go find a fast food place that did both and then turned around and started back on my trip again. Making me late. Otherwise the food has been good there. They're just a little behind on things that pretty much all other fast food companies have done to meet the various needs and wants of its customers. If that was solved I'd have given 5 stars. Read moreI didn't even order my food. I managed customer service jobs for 20yrs. The one thing that I was explained to me and I always instructed my employees. Was never to show ur customers that ur upset or having other issues. Smile and give them an enjoyable experience. However, before I could order, the young lady was already fussing about something, and it affected her attitude, which she then gave to me. Wasn't familiar with the menu, so I was trying to see what I wanted, but instead of helping, I got a smart mouth response with attitude. Like I was bothering her or was cause of her problems that day. So instead of fussing and it getting out of control, I just left. When someone has an attitude like that, it's not going to get better. Plus, I don't think I would want to eat the food she fixed after that. Well, to the young lady, I hope life gets better and she can find work where she can be happier with a smile.
