Hardee’s — Restaurant in Laurel

Hardee's makes the best biscuit in town. in my opinion. have had them for breakfast for a lot of years now, love them but the service at the drive though is absolutely the worst there is!! person taking the order cannot hear you for other loud mouth people in the back ground talking trash that's not even relevant to the order, plus the fact that employees are not professional, no one wants to be greeted by some one they barley know with HEY BABY or any other terms of endearment ,employees should keep it on a professional level. I found a roach on the back side of a biscuit one morning, did not go back to Hardee's for months. just recently started going back, but with the way people are acting at this location I will find another place besides Hardee's for breakfast. Hardee's is not the only show in town!!! I've been a very long term customer at Hardee's and put up with a lot, I think it's time to move on to another source for breakfast. even when a manager is present there is still some of the above behavior . I'm not the only one who sees this, employees within the location also complains!!! ATTENTION SOME ONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS...

For many of years I have been stopping at this Hardee's location in Laurel Ms. going back and forth from/to East Tennessee and from/to Southern Louisiana easy fast access to and from the Interstate and I always make it a point to stop here for the coffee and biscuits and icing . And now yummy the cinnamon rolls and icing are just another reason why I am going to be making this stop. One employee who has been working at this location Mary Ann? Is always fast friendly and helpful and in my opinion she loves her job not just for a paycheck ( many of employees have the attitude of " I'm here for the paycheck" only)this employee is what all employees should be...

I literally live like a half mile away and keep forgetting this place exists. Fortunately, i remembered it the other night when i suddenly got a craving for a half pound of ground beef, bacon, and cheesy goodness 🤤 The staff was cool and they got my food quickly. Burgers are great, and omg i was so surprised how good the fries were. 🍟 They had just enough salt that i was like 🤤. Yup. You know that feeling you get when it's late at night and you got the munchies and some nice hot salty fries just hit the spot.
