I had chicken chow mein because they didn't have egg foo young. I also had the egg drop. The egg and chicken broth. There are really only four ingredients in soup. Five if you count spring onions. But the sesame oil and dash of soy sauce or msg for savory umsne is missing. When they didn't have the egg foo young I asked for chicken Chow mein. Chow mein literally means fried noodles. They told me that they're chow mein has no noodles. So I ordered the chicken li mein. If I had not carried me I would have a very bland dinner.

1st time ordering Carry out only. Our order was ready in 25 minutes on a Saturday, not bad. We had large honey chicken and Generals chicken, it was enough for 3-4 people. Both entrées were very good, just spicy enough to enjoy. The carb rangoon was ok. The 2 spring rolls were mushy in the middle, I won’t order again. Overall we enjoyed dinner and definitely will go back.

Why is there DELI MEAT cut into strips in the house special lo mein???????? The menu says chicken, shrimp and beef. My lo mein had 2 shrimps, 3 chicken pieces, NO BEEF and cut up deli meat...I think it was some type of turkey!!! Yuck... they have really gone downhill! 🤮

Not bad for being in such a small community. It is a very small buffet, and city folk who are used to higher volume restaurants that have essentially perfected their food may be disappointed, but for the "quiet side of the lake" this is some of the freshest and most affordable Chinese food available. The smaller size of the buffet means all of the food is still fresh and more keeps coming out constantly. It is family owned, and they are very hardworking and friendly people. They always come talk to their customers while they serve drinks and check on everyone. They do something called "buffet to go" where you can fill a styrofoam tray with what you want from the buffet and take it with you, which is nice with this being such a beautiful area and there being so much more to do outside than in. It is also a quick way to get what you want for lunch without waiting, and be able to bring it with you. I used to do this, and they were always fast to get me rung out so I...

This tiny unassuming restaurant has no right to have food this good. When I parked in the small parking lot, walked into this petite dining room, and saw the paltry display of buffet offerings, I could have just walked out, and never missed what I hadn't had; but I would have missed the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. The variety is small, but everything is delicious.

Side note: I probably shouldn't have been so surprised seeing how there's so much competition here for stuffing your face; only the strong survive, but this place has...
