Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

Wow was I impressed with this resteraunt. I stopped on 3-5-2023 and was glad I stopped. This is the best Long Johns Slivers I have stopped at.

The staff was superfriendly and greeted when I walked in. He brought the food out when it was ready. Amazing service.

The food was truly amazing. I ordered the 3 chicken and more. It was a lot of food and couldn't finish it. The chicken had great flavor. The chicken, fries and hush puppies were all hot. Nothing tasted greasey. It was the best LJS I have had. Normally something is overcooked, greasey, cold etc. Not here it was perfect.

It is getting higher in price but for the money it is a lot of food.

I loved all of the food and it was an experience. I will make a trip just to eat here.

I would stop here if you are in the area, amazing service and food.

Food was alright, my fries were old and gross, and my honey mustard packets must’ve been sitting forever. They’re soupy and disgusting. But everything was fresh otherwise.

Whoever was manning the drive-thru box had a serious attitude and because I was ordering multiple things, I felt like I was bothering her. After I had tried telling her about different sauces we wanted, she proceeded to tell me that she would get them at the window. I was just trying to be helpful so they could get things ready ahead of time. Most fast food places want the sauces BEFORE you come up to the window. It wasn’t so much the statement that was the issue, but the attitude it was said with.

Additionally, we almost missed two sauces we had to double-check that we got them because she wasn’t even at the window when we got up there.

Also I ordered a chocolate cheesecake and got a regular one. Even after clarifying specifically I wanted a chocolate. Couldn’t even put in enough effort to...

2/5 – Not the Worst, But Definitely Not Fast or Friendly

Stopped by Long John Silver’s hoping for a quick bite, but it ended up being a weirdly slow experience. We were the only car in the drive-thru—no one ahead or behind us—and still waited around 20 minutes for our food. The speaker was hard to hear, and placing the order felt like yelling into a seashell.

Through the window, I could see the employee just kind of... gliding around on autopilot. She wasn’t rude, just totally checked out. Moved slowly like she had all the time in the world. It didn’t seem like she cared one way or the other—just going through the motions like a game character set to idle walk mode.

The food? It was okay. Hot, but super greasy. Not awful, just heavy and forgettable. Definitely reminded me why I haven’t been back in a while.

If you’re feeling nostalgic for deep-fried seafood and don’t mind a long, quiet wait, this might hit the spot. Otherwise, I'd steer...
