On 4/12/2025 my grandparents, myself, and my husband went to try this place. We tried to call hours in advance to make a reservation and their phones went straight to voicemail. We heard good things about it, and my grandparents had it a week prior for lunch and said it was super good. We got there at 6:50 p.m, we figured we had plenty of time since the business hours said they close at 9, we were going to be in and out. We were seated around 7-7:15 (no big deal). We placed our orders and received our drinks. After a hour of waiting the waitress came back to say she was still waiting on our order, we said ok, we were patient cause we wanted to try the food that we heard great things about. Then we started noticing people getting up and leaving who were still waiting for their food. Then we started hearing people complaining of their food being raw still and having to send it back. One man and his family who were there way before us whose food was raw ended up just asking for the check AFTER he had to get up and go find his waiter himself, they tried to charge him for the raw food. Then we noticed all the people who came in after us who had much larger orders were getting their food. At 8:35 we were told our food was just starting to be cooked, we decided we would just go somewhere else. We went to counter to at least pay for our drinks and as soon as we got there the host/waiters walked away and ignored us. Throughout the night when customers were coming in, they were turning them away saying they can’t serve them. The staff there did not care to check on anyone, and they ignored anyone who came in the door to the point people started seating themselves. They were too busy on their phones, or in the corner gossiping with one another. I’m not one to complain or sound like a Karen, but this place had such good talks and they lost out on a easily $100+ bill from us, and I’m sure much more from other families. The staff was just not good honestly. I understand staffing shortages, but they didn’t seem to be short, they just didn’t care about their jobs or the customers. I hate to leave a bad review, but after almost 2 hours of watching others get upset over their orders, it’s hard not to feel cautious. My only regret is that we didn’t leave sooner. I can guarantee not a single person in that restaurant left happy...
Read moreLet me start with saying the food was absolutely delicious, the steak was tender, though not cooked to our order, was still delicious! We were seated right away and it did not look that busy. This was our first time there. We ordered around 6:15, my husbands salad came out quickly, and there was very little lettuce and mostly tomatoes, onions, and cheese. Once we got his salad, the waitress did not check back on us. An hour after we ordered, I tried flagging down the waitress, but couldn’t, so I went up and spoke with the lady at the front, who happened to be the manager. I told her we’d been waiting for a long time and we hadn’t seen our waitress, to get any update or refills of drinks. She was not very sympathetic, but said that an hour to an hour and a half is normal for their food service. About 10 minutes later they bought food for our kids and we waited another 5-7 minutes for ours to arrive. Once we ate, it was good, but it just took a really long time and it was...
Read moreThe crybaby reviews below 😅. Anyways. When a restaurant opens it takes months to get a good flow and a good hand of workers that will stay. If you go to a new restaurant expecting perfectness then you should stay home and get that perfectness at home. We have been multiple times. Some days it took way longer on the food than others. That’s okay. I’m not dying like others think they are. The food has been wonderful every time. The portions and prices are better than anywhere else in town. Brittany and Kenzie were great servers and extremely nice. The cooks even asked how we liked a specific item. So this place is great. All the Karen’s and Ken’s leaving bad reviews make sure you stay home and cook for yourself that way no one...
