McDonald's — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg

If I could give service a negative star I would. The service was so bad it made the food distasteful. The guy who was taking the orders at 6:45am on Wednesday 11/13/24 was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. The girl name Surie or Susie I believe who was giving us the food gave the worst look like she hated being alive. Acted like she was projecting her personal issues on customers. We had 4 mobile orders from different people.

They definitely need better people working if they want better reviews. I really hope the management sees this review and responds to provide some clarity because I could NEVER treat anyone like that in a job I chose to do. I was a server and even the worst people got the best service always had a smile on my face. We were very nice considering they hours say the open at 5 yet the dining room was still closed. The food is okay the service is pretty bad when you're sitting at the drive-thru window and the other lane is moving and you're still sitting there you finally have to say excuse me I need to place an order then the lady on the other end says oh I'm sorry you must not have heard me. I did not hear because she did not say anything. Then when you get up to the window and when get your order you have to ask for napkins I do not understand why you have to ask for something that should be in the bag anyway. Is McDonald's getting that bad that they cannot give you napkins to wipe your hands or face on when you get done eating. Every time I go thru the drive-thru, my order is messed up and I have to either get out and go in or eat something I didn't order. This morning I ordered a bacon and cheese biscuit with no egg, they gave me a bacon and cheese mcgriddle with no egg. When asked to move up to the 3rd window they would fix it and bring it to me. I sat there and watched 5 cars behind me get their food and leave plus a curbside pick up. She then came to the window, me thinking she had my food, just to ask me what it was again that I ordered.
