It's crazy that I'm even giving this a one-star but it didn't let me not give it any stars. My colleagues ordered pizza for our last day at school. They totally forgot to order my gluten-free pizza so they called back ordered my pizza and it would be ready in about 20 to 30 minutes.... We did over 30 minutes and there was no phone call or anything letting us know that this person could not find or figure out where to go. It was a school and the previous pizza delivery person had zero problem finding the school or going in to deliver the pizza. People were coming in and out of the building and so it would not have been hard to get out of the car and walk into the school with the box of pizza..... The entire front desk knew that I was waiting for pizza and I periodically stood out there. I went outside for about 10 minutes because it was busy on the last day of school looking for a Domino's car but did not see anything so I went back in the lobby as it was cold. I stood in the lobby for another good 20 to 25 minutes. Nobody approached the school door because I would have seen the box of pizza. Apparently when my colleague called the person answered the phone and said that they had been trying to call and that somebody said they didn't order pizza which was a lie. You just delivered Pizza to the same school why would you not walk in the door to deliver the pizza like the last one? She said that she called the number and the person said they did not order a pizza. Maybe she called the wrong number but she did not call my colleague and she certainly did not try to come inside the building because she could have just dropped the pizza off their. The front desk like I said gets food orders multiple times a week and understands how that works. We ended up canceling the pizza for a refund and I better get that back so I will be checking to make sure that $20 for that gluten-free pizza will be put back. Super unhappy with the service. The one by my house is so fast they would never have done this. Super annoyed about it and will not be ordering from this...
   Read moreCREDIT CARD SCAMS! Do not go to this place! I’ve ordered and picked up food from this place multiple times in the past. Each time, there was something unprofessional about their service. I only went back because their pizza was slightly better than the Domino’s closer to me.
The last two times I went there, I was wrung out by a store associate named “T”. The last time I went there he asked me for my zip code to complete the credit card transaction. I’ve never had to give them my zip code before! This time when I went there, I went through the drive through window and handed him my card to swipe and charge me $8.47 for the pizza. The receipt that he handed me read that I was charged “$8.47”. When I got home and looked at the actual charge to my credit card account it was for $10.16! I called and spoke to “Joshua”. He told me the extra $1.69 was for a tip. I told him I did not authorize a tip! His response was that there must’ve been a glitch in the system because of the rain. I’ve been there multiple times in the past, some while it was raining. There has never been a “glitch” that charged me for an unauthorized tip before. NEVER! That associate “T” took it upon himself to charge a tip to my card without my authorization! That is theft! Yes, it’s only $1.69, but that is my money. Money that I did not authorize for Domino’s or “T” to take from me. This is extremely shady business practices! And I will not give this establishment my business or my money again!

My family ordered from this Domino's a few weeks ago, and never again will that happen. We ordered delivery and they forgot an item the first time, did not leave our order but instead forced us to come outside to pick up our order. We did not say anything at the time and just wanted to pick up our order. The delivery driver left and returned with two of the forgotten items as an apology, which at the time we appreciated. Our family decided we should leave a review via the website about the social distancing and forgotten item, as every customer should have the right to write a review, right? Apparently to Domino's, no.
After writing the review one of us, who was a minor, daughter of the mother who paid for the order who used her number for the order as she was told to keep track of it. What we did not expect was for the DELIVERY DRIVER to call and harass a CHILD. They quickly made the driver aware that they were not the one to write the review, and that they were a minor. The driver proceeded to insult, harass, and proceeded to try to "BAN" us from ordering from that store.
We immediately drove over, only to be told that the manager gave the driver permission to call us after the review. There never has been and never will be ANY excuse for a DRIVER- not a manager or anyone of higher authority, to call after a review. We were also told that they could not give away a way to contact corporate. B#llshit. Both the driver and the manager deserve to lose their jobs, and are horrible,...
