Why are "No Star" reviews on Google not available yet? Terrible experience with the New Hope Road/Lawrenceville Pizza Hut, specifically with the employee/shift manager there named Heather. She refuses to give the number to call Corporate offices despite my asking for this information as well as the last name of the store manager (Karen) or a time range when she would be in today so that I do not have to keeping calling trying to speak with her. Called Corporate on Wednesday and no response from their offices either at this point although the nice lady taking my information did say that this location was incorrect in the information they provided to me. The New Hope chain refused to honor Corporate coupons stating that is not their store # although Corporate says that franchises have to honor Corporate coupons (considering this was the SAME store that created problems for my order in Fall of last year). All on the same day of my Grandma's funeral- awful experience :/ Hope their location as well as Corporate sees this message and actually DOES something to improve their customer service and possibly their employees' training. They were TERRIBLE! By the way, Heather said it was fine if I called Corporate on her and did not seem to care that she was being unhelpful and rude to me, specifically very patronizing. All I asked for was a time range that Karen/Store Manager would be in today so that I, as the customer, did not have to be calling asking for her multiple times today. Heather referred to this as "personal information"...I am extremely displeased...what happened to good customer service?? I mean, it was just a Corporate coupon I was trying to use that started all of this non-sense....New staff AND training are definitely needed at this...
Read moreI ordered a medium cheese pizza with extra cheese & cheese sticks, the pizza was dry & nearly burnt.. & the cheese sticks were so dry & burnt one could easily mistake them for bread sticks. Once I made it home( should have checked before leaving the store)I called & told them both the pizza and cheese sticks were dry & nearly burnt, the employee apologized & told me they can remake them. I was pleased with this gesture, because I know things happen. Upon returning to the store, the cashier only had a pizza ready. I asked her about the cheese sticks and she told me I only said I had an issue with the pizza when I know for a fact I told her it was both. She tried to go back and forth with me about what I know I said and then proceed to go to the kitchen and discuss me. Why would I tell her only pizza when I knew I had an issue with both!? Only thing she had to do was say she didn’t hear cheese sticks and simply remake them? Better customer service...
Read moreThis place is the worst! The last time we ordered delivery it took over two and a half hours to get the pizza, even though the quoted time was like 45 mins. So we decided to get carry out this time. Was told it would be 20 minutes. I got to the store about 18 mins after placing the order. Was told it was still in the oven. Waited another 22 minutes, only to be told my garlic knots were accidentally taken by the delivery driver. They tried to call the driver for a minute or two before I suggested they just remake them! Waited another 4-5 minutes. Get my stuff, get home, my son notices that one of the pizzas is not actually stuffed crust. The crust was puffed up, so you could not tell from looking at it, but when he bit into it he realized there was no cheese in the middle of the crust. I understand that it’s a Friday night, and they are busy, but this place is the worst! We will not order from this...
