I requested white steamed rice and ended up with soy sauce rice...a first...thought it was brown rice but no...if there is ever a next time--plain steamed white rice only please! No complaints on crab rangoon which was hot and crispy. Wonton soup broth was lil bland and missing that umami flavor...the sesame chicken looked like it was originally not sesame chicken and sprinkled with sesame seeds (hopefully not someone else's prior order of sweet and sour that was cancelled...never had sesame chicken taste like that and I'm half Asian. My Asian mother said the beef chow mein was bland and thought she was eating plain pancit with the use of thin noodles. As a person that is Black and Asian...it was edible but not worth $50 due to the lack of fresh seasoning and the weird after taste of burnt sesame oil still in my mouth...hopefully that's not an allergic reaction. Also no sauces, napkins, or utensils were added to...

Right here is the chicken/shrimp hibachi plate and an order of fried dumplings(pot stickers)🤎🤎🤎The dumplings were perfect! And the quantity that came with it was shareable although I did no such thing😂. Everything was good besides the one little factor of a slight fresh taste from the chicken. What I mean by fresh is that o would’ve preferred more seasoning on it. But honestly it was still good since I had the flavor from the shrimp and gravy that was at the bottom. Vegetables are vegetables. They shouldn’t be over done with anything so those tasted great as well.

I love the quickness and customer service from the moment I walked in. It was very clean as well. Red lantern isn’t your average stereotypical Asian restaurant and y’all know what I mean. I’ll be going back in a second actually. This review is a few days past when I actually ordered...

My first time ordering from the restaurant was pretty easy and simple since my order was placed online for pickup. I work from home a mother of three small children and just had one of those nights of not being motivated to cook so I decided to try ordering from Red Lantern. When I entered the place I felt out of place the man who was at the register ignored me after me greeting him... He was very short with me and cold. The appetizers I order where pretty good considering they were pork egg rolls however, the vegetable fried rice was very under seasoned as well as my lo mien. I believe the portions are a rip off trying to feeding a large family. I will not be bringing my business to this...
