Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Lawton

We ordered on line and drove to pick up our pizza. Paid the gal and was told we'd have to wait because they were busy. I asked for a receipt and was told they were out of paper. I asked for a written one. Gal never came back to the window. 30 more minutes go by and still no pizza. I backed up to hit the DT buzzer and drove forward and hit the DT buzzer again. A different gal came to me and said the pizza wasn't done but I still had to pay. I said I already paid the other gal, and pointed her out. She said she had to go check it out. She came back and said it was all good. I asked for a receipt and nobody had changed the paper, still. Waited a total of 45 minutes to get 2 pizzas and to drive home just to have the incorrect order. I called up there and spoke to someone who claims to be the "shift leader". I had asked to speak to a manager. She basically called me a liar about the wrong pizza. She said they made the order wrong the first time but the person making it followed the screen the 2nd time and I told her I'd send her a picture of it to her and she said the only thing they can do is for me to bring it back up there within the next 15 to 20 minutes and they'll remake it. Of course I'm getting a little pissy at this point and said I've already been there, waited 45 minutes, drove 20 minutes back home and you want me to drive back up there another 20 minutes and wait God knows how long? She said that's all she can do. I asked to speak to the GM and she said I could call back tomorrow morning and speak to him. I asked for her name, since she is the one who's running the shift and she said she wasn't the one who made my pizza. I said I didn't care, that is she is the one responsible for the shift, it's her name I needed. She refused and said she wasn't going to go through this with me again . She's given me what I needed to know. I said why don't you all bring me the correct pizza instead of making me drive another 20 minutes. She said she'd call the GM and see if they can make the exception. She asked for my address and I gave it to her. I told her she can give him my phone number and he can speak to me directly about it and she said I could call back first thing in the morning. She said she didn't need all this extra bull shit. To my Google community the next time you go in there please watch how they make your food. They do not wear gloves they're on their phone and their pockets scratching their heads. It's gross. My daughter proceeded to point out that the girl making the dough was not wearing any gloves also and she just came back from a smoke break. Then I asked if the manager was in and the cashier said yeah and I looked back there the manager has beautiful hair by the way but his fro is all out with no hair net and he's chopping up the lettuce the tomatoes etc with no gloves. Now I thought since after covid we would be a little bit more cautious on how we make the food but I thought anywhere you're supposed to wear gloves. I'm a nurse so let's say I come in your room with some gloves that I just came over from the next room in and I want to use them on you that's gross right. So why do the workers there feel like they shouldn't wear gloves making our pizza and chopping up the food it's gross. I don't know where your hands been. Please Google community just go in and watch we have kids and elderly that eat their too that's terrible. I had to cancel my order and I was mad because I had a coupon and I really wanted to try that pepperoni pizza but not if it comes with boo boo the fool hands smokes a lot Susie hands and God knows what else. Ordered from Marcos pizza on Gore Saturday called was told pick up would be 4pm, My wife went to pick up order ,she had to wait. Realized pizza She ordered for Me wasn't made Ham/pineapple wasn't on the order, asked for the recipe to be refunded, Employee asked if she wanted pizza . Since, We had family from out of town, wife said no. Gets home with pizzas , had requested xtra sauce, because most pizzas have no sauce(now days), No xtra sauce and pizza was subpar( nasty). There is absolutely no reason a ŕestaraunt at peak or pre peak times should have one employee working. Second time in a row for the subpar pizza from this location, for work parties pizza was on another level, for regular everyday customers, ho hum. I tried to do this rant on the Marcos website , put in info then get to map as it doesn't let you put in address ( they want you to pick local from map(whack a mole)). Then it auto resets and You get to try , try again. Unimpressed , and unfortunately with Lawton needing Quality Restaurants and places for work for individuals, looking forward to the closing of this location.
