I didnt care for the sauce on the prime rib spicy philly, The original is great though. I cant lie though, this was the worst Arbys Ive been to in the country, Ive been to 49 states and ate Arbys in about 20 of them. Unfortunately its .2 miles away, ive stayed away for a few months and this place deserved the 1 star I originally gave it. The service had been absolutely terrible and a correct order within 10 mins in the drive thru used to be impossible. Tonight I had my first good visit in years, Bret or Brit was so friendly and made sure to repeat my order and ask if it was correct and was welcoming and respectful, even gave my dog a bone. Your not paying Bret/Brit enough. whatever it is I suggest rewarding things like this with incentives like raises or spoofs it would have a domino effect on business and quality service, I hope you make an effort to retain employees like this and recognize them when they are portraying the image you want in your customers head when Arby's comes to mind. Good welcoming employees who are reliable are rare these days, its good for business and youll see the difference in your sales numbers and ratings on google. Read moreI usually like Arby's as a fast food restaurant. They have several sandwiches that I like. This time however I was very unhappy with the service I received. My family and I decided to have an easy night for dinner and came to Arby's. While waiting in line we decided on what we wanted. Just before we were at the front of the line another family came in. The lady working the register immediately told them that they were out of roast beef and then without pausing asked us what we wanted like we were inconveniencing her. To make sure other customers didn't have to wait we rushed and made our order. My wife and daughter ordered sandwiches they hadn't really wanted but didn't want to hold up the line. The lady working the register didn't apologize to us at all. However when the next family began ordering she bent over backwards to try to help them and upgraded everything they ordered for free. She also gave them free sodas. Normally I would let this slide but the problem is once my daughter and wife realized they didn't like their sandwiches and went up to get something new the lady treated them like they should have known better. Instead of trying to make it right she just took the money and then went and gave free cookies to the other family. Edit 12-21-22. Down to 2 stars you go. Lobby is closed, so if they mess up your order like they did today, you need to sit through the drive through to get it fixed. Not cool.
I come here twice a week, and have loved this location until I started being helped by the blonde pregnant lady. She's very unpleasant, and makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her by being a customer. She'll rush you through the order, and has gotten it wrong on multiple occasions. As a manager of a retail store, customer service is the most important part of a business. Other employees there make you feel welcomed. Like William. He's great to work with. Well she got our order wrong today. It took 6 phone calls for her to answer, she said she was the manager. When I mentioned the mess up, she said I have to call back at 3 to speak with the assistant manager? So you're the manager, but need the assistant to help me? Ridiculous. We like your location, but will be using the mainstreet location until she is dealt with. I'm done feeling like an inconvenience when IT'S HER FREAKING JOB!
