Subway — Restaurant in Layton

I ordered online through Door Dash, I requested on my order for my sandwiches to be on regular Artisan Italian bread. I have the order information and my receipt showing that I ordered my food correctly. However, when I got my order it was wrong and made on the Flat bread. I called the store and spoke with the Manager on duty Christina, who was by far very rude and unprofessional and basically made it out like it was MY mistake not theirs. Her options to fix the mistake they made at the store was for me to go out of my way after I paid for a service for it to be delivered and pick up the correct food or get a refund of which they would not refund the fees I had to pay to get it delivered which to me was not my fault that it was made wrong and they should compensate me for my time which is now being wasted to go get food they messed up on. OR the best part was I could just reorder it again and hope they make it right and have door dash deliver it to me again and pay for it all over again! I get that mistakes happen totally understand that, but be professional enough to make YOUR mistake right and do right by your customers. Christina was very unprofessional and rude and I would not recommend this location for service at all. I paid for a service for my convenience because I couldn't leave work to go get it...that's the joy of having door dash services, but when the order is made wrong by the store and not because of my fault then do right and...

The last few times I have gone there I was not impressed. This Subway location use to be great. Went there a few weeks ago. I wanted lettuce on my sandwich and saw how brown the lettuce behind the glass window was. Told the girl working she seemed kind of miffed I said anything. I have worked in the food industry and find it unacceptable. Also a few months back went to order a sandwich at this location and it took forever for someone to help me. Some lady went outside to get someone to help me. Kid came in and put on gloves asked what I wanted. First of all I don't know if the kid was outside taking out trash or possibly taking a break outside vaping. He could of just been doing nothing but not to wash his hands before putting on gloves isn't right. I made a comment to the kid asking if he was going to wash his hands. Come on its common sense. They teach a class on this in order to get your Food handlers permit. I hate coming to this location because it takes forever. The only reason I have gone is because its the closest to my house. The staff need to be more attentive to the customer and food safety. The food needs to be fresh. The lettuce that day was...

Dear Subway, I don't put ranch or Mayo or creamy stuff on my sandwiches. What I do love is extra vinegar and yellow mustard, no EVOO with your black forest ham. This perfect Sandwich always brings me back. However, this Subway location is a growing trend of how to disappoint the crave. I can't eat soggy bread, therefore I always get my vinegar on the side and usually get the cute little cups, you know with the lids? Well not lately. These little "complimenary" vinegar packets.. that I paid $ for with my choice of dressings. Where is the vinegar in them?? Well I can fold those little things into 1/4's without the perforated seal busting., they have always been skimped on but now..... O MY Dry Sandwich!. Please Bring The Cute Little Cups With Lids Back! That is all....
