This food is disgusting here. They have alot of interesting options that sound tasty until you try it. My burger was flavorless. IT LITERALLY HAD NO FLAVOR! Then, they had the nerve to put two flavorless burgers on. It just tasted like unflavored meat on a bun... Double gross

Then, the pierogis (if i spelled it right) were so nasty. You bite into nothing but dough. The dough is so thick which is the opposite of what a pierogi should be. Plus it was hardly any filling. So youre just eating what tastes like thick fried dough. Ugh!

OH , IM NOT DONE... Then, the chilli cheese fries WERE the biggest disappointment. IT TOO HAD NO FLAVOR! IT TASTE LIKE THEY DUMPED A CAN OF PLAIN CHILLI ON MY FRIES. We’ve ordered here a handful of times in the past. The food is always good and the delivery times are always decent. Today we called in around lunch, so we expected maybe a little more than a wait, but they didn’t say anything different than what they normally do. After fifty minutes of patiently waiting, we called in and were told that our food is just being prepared now. Which, alright, fine, but still no explanation or apology. And we just ordered two hoagies and an app. One of the hoagies was cold, so it wasn’t like it was a lot. After we called, it was another forty minutes until we got our food, and the delivery guy was really nice, but still nothing was said about us having to wait. It happens, I get it, but either tell people you’re running behind, or apologize when it happens. I've been ordering from here for years. But, in the past two it has gone steadily downhill. The shortest wait you'll ever have is 45 minutes for pickup and when they tell you an hour for delivery, I'd plan on waiting 2.

Which would be fine if the food wasn't garbage now. The pizza is always over cooked or soggy there is no in between , sauce is either watered down or sour and bitter. Wings might as well be jerky.

Last time I ordered the pizza tasted bad and re-heated, the crust was soaked in liquid. The cheese was obviously bad. They claimed they just replaced all of their product because it had gone bad. I think they didn't throw all of the bad stuff away and used it on my pizza. They Offered to re-make it. But, I didn't want more horrible food. I wanted a refund, they refused.
