I just had my last Mazzio’s meal tonight. I went to the Lebanon MO. location even though I have noticed the overall experience’s I have had lately were less than stellar. However, tonight made it final. I went in sat down next to two tables that had not been cleaned yet. No problem, I just got there. The waitress was a little late getting to me, but I’m now use to this here. She was very pleasant and took my drink order. I ordered water with lemon, they were out of lemon “packets” seriously? Lemon packets? Anyway, she brought back my water took my order. I sat there for over 45 mins, but that’s ok, the people near me that ordered wings waited an hour and a half!!! Yes! For wings! When the waitress was on the floor, all I heard was the drama about what was going on in the back and how they hated it. Of course every other customer in there heard the same thing, but it was sadly true. There were more employees in the back, and the one waitress was simply too busy to give anyone good service. HELLO MAZZIO’S this is unacceptable!! I could go on and on about evertthing that has gone wrong here, but there is no possible way you are unaware of the situation. The Pizza itself was ok at best (very obvious it was thrown together) with very very little sauce. The supervisor or manager would yell out to the waitress on the floor even while she was trying to take an order. I can honestly say that at one point I thought this must be a “candid camera” thing. But this was all for real. The only reason I would go to Mazzio’s in these past 9 months was because it’s close to my house. From this point on, I would rather walk to a Casey’s than drive down the street to this place. It really does need to be fixed, IT IS BROKEN!
P.S. those tables were still dirty when I left, well over an hour after I...
Read moreWent to have dinner with my family and was promptly ignored. Walked in the door with my elderly parents and stood there for almost 10 minutes, there were around 5 people at the registers and one girl looked up at us when we walked in and didn’t say anything. More people walked in the other door after we had been there about 8-10 minutes and one of the people from the group walked around and said should we just sit down to the same girl who looked up at us when we walked in. The girl said no I just got here so probably not just give me a minute (I’m assuming she might have known the lady?). The lady went back to her group at the other door. Not even a minute after, the girl at the register called over to the lady and said hey just go ahead take a seat and I’ll come help you guys in a minute. At that point we’d had it and just left. To make it even better, there was a guy and girl waiting in front of us. I think they were just waiting to pay though as the girl had a pizza but they were being ignored as well. The rudeness is ridiculous. Our whole family has been going there for at least the past 20 years and I don’t appreciate the rudeness shown towards my parents. Gotta say it was definitely worth the drive tonight to go elsewhere to eat as Mazzio’s was NOT...
Read moreI walked in the door at 1:35 and proceed to the salad bar and made a salad and proceeded to the pizza bar . Mind you there was plenty of pizza on the buffet still. I was yelled at by 3 different employees saying I could not have the buffet that I had to order from the menu. Even the manager gave me an angry look and blurted out in front of every body say the Buffett ends at 1:3o. I said but you still have plenty of pizza out are you going to just throw it away . She raised her voice and said other people have been told they can't have it so you can't either . You will have to order from the menu. I said know I will not have to order from the menu and I put my plate back on the counter . Shesaid when you come in next time just get here before 1;30. I said there won't be a next time and I left my salad on the table and walked out. I own two businesses in town. I will not tolerate out and out blatant rudeness by employees or the Manager. That's not how you conduct business by chasing off customers. Let's see how long or even if this gets back to corporate . ...
