I came to the Galleria from a recommendation from some dear friends in order to put together an engagement ring for my beautiful soon-to-be fiancĂŠ. Every other jewelry store that I have been to over the last year including big name jewelers such as Kay, Jared, Zales, etc., as well as many small hometown jewelers, all of which were from different areas of the country including California, Colorado, and Kansas, pale in comparison when it comes to customer service and the desire to get the customer what they want and need rather than just make a sale. There was never any pressure to buy, and I always felt welcome and free to be there to enjoy the experience of designing a ring and just being in the store. Jessica especially was very helpful in designing multiple rings so that I could have multiple options. For my specific ring when we first started they did not have a particular diamond in stock that would be appropriate for the ring I was looking for and my budget, but I was very impressed that they went above and beyond to get extra options in for me so that I could see them in person without any commitment at the time. They were also very reasonable and even generous to work with me on changing some side stones at no extra cost to me. They made sure that I had exactly what I wanted and was comfortable with every aspect of the ring, the center stone, the sides stones, the metal, styling cues, how each stone would look in different lighting, and so on so that I knew when I walked out with it, it would be nothing short of perfect. No other store that I have ever been to has made the effort to create such an enjoyable process for me. The quality of the Galleria experience alone added so much more personal value to the ring itself than had I gotten the same ring elsewhere. I will be returning to the Galleria to complete the wedding set and I believe I will be returning to the Galleria for other future needs even though I will be living in a different state (yes, theyâre that good).
Thank you to the Galleria, all their staff, and Jessica especially for the awesome service you provided and a gorgeous ring to propose with!
If I could sum up my review in short, it would be this: The perfect jewelry-buying experience. They put the greatest value in their customers. World-class service. Two thumbs up, 10 out of 10...
Read moreThese people are amazing!!!! Awesome hometown, friendly service. Knowledgable, friendly, and educational. So I was going to buy a ring from some seller in Israel(I didnt know at first where they were located.) After emails from that company, they said thalry would sell me the ring without the tops that came with it and adjust price accordingly. Then it turned into, they wouldnt sell me the ring without picking out a stone and giving them the exact dimensions. I had not had one picked out yet. Then I found out they do not have a return policy. All things added up, and I decided to go to the Galleria and see if they can help me. Not only did they help me, they educated me in diamonds. Cut, color, clarity, "hearts and arrows," (thank you Danielle) everything. Then showed me many stones. Through that education, I found one that jumped out at me. Probably wouldn't have noticed it without that knowledge. Then about the ring. Not only did I find my stone there, they were able to replicate, perfectly, the ring that I wanted through a reputable, custom jeweler. They sent computer images, before construction, and kept me updated every step of the way. Question... answered. Anytime I had one. Prompt timing, and they worked with me on pricing as well. The whole staff is awesome. Just really great service all around. Not only them but the companies they recommend are equal in quality. Thank you guys so...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would have. I have had trouble with my engagement ring since the month I received it including prongs breaking and diamonds falling out continuously. The store required me to continue putting money into the ring to fix every single problem and would not acknowledge the ring was simply junk. The final problem was a prong breaking and diamond falling out leading to a 300+ fix. I spoke with an associate who said we could remove my wedding band and they would give me x amount of dollars for my ring since it did not seem to be the right fit for my working mom lifestyle. When I returned to receive my money, the jeweler then exclaimed that was a âtrade in valueâ only and now it would be about half that price. I told him the troubles I have had along the way with this particular ring and that the associate did not explain that to me at the time. He then followed up with âI am not interested in your ringâ and handed it back and refused to give me any money for it. He would not listen or attempt to help at all and they do not stand by their jewelry at all. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this company. Save your money and take it to a jeweler who stands by...
