Never buy the lemonade here. I got a sandwich and caved to an absurdly priced lemonade. Freshly squeezed is hard to pass up. I make it at home and it’s labor intense. Anyhow one sip and I instantly knew the lemons were old and fermented. So disappointing since I don’t allow myself soda. I got back in line waiting my turn for a refund. I politely and quietly say “hey I’m not feeling the lemonade may I get a refund.” Cup had no lid so you could clearly see its full! The girl helping me walks down to the manager and tells him. Comes back and hands me half the amount (I think) $1.50. I ask how much is the drink? She tells me “$x.xx” (I don’t remember the amount). I silently hold the money in my hand and wait for her to connect the dots and form an explanation as to why I am not holding that full amount. Silence. I say where’s the rest? She says “my manager told me to give you this amount back.” I ask to see him. He comes over. He managsplains the juice is fresh and it’s just me. I told him I am an honest person and I simply want a full refund for the lemonade. He refused so here is my review. Don’t buy the lemonade!!!!! I cannot believe someone would be treated this way. Read moreI’m new to Penn station as I love Jimmy Johns. I gave them a try and have always had good service. Although tonight this company has lost my money for good. I placed an order for a cheestake sandwhich with onion. When I picked it up my sanwhich had NO steak and was only onion. I’m not sure if this was on purpose but for a $10 meal it’s awful. I called to see if I could run over for a new sanwhich and the manager was AWFUL. He told me he made my sanwhich and the onions are normal. There was literally 3 pieces of steak and the rest was onion. I contacted corporate & will never be returning. James or jake the Manager here sucks. Never returning. Jimmy Johns forever.
EDIT: I called to place an order tonight in a rush because it was close. Travis the GM fixed my issue to the point where I’m a client again. Best management service ever....
Read moreI visited this store and spent $52 (ish), of my hard earned money at this establishment. After I left I realized I had gotten the groups order that was behind me because I had ordered 3 large fries and 3 large Philly cheese steak subs and these sandwiches looked like cold cuts. I called the manager (David) he expressed he'd be glad to give me 6 free subs and 6 large fries. I was completely satisfied with that since it more than made up for all the trouble. Then he comes back on the phone, collects my information and says he can't find any record of my order... at all. This infuriates me. I spent money there. Yet, it vanished. Not only am I out $50 but no food, and the promise David made vanished as soon as he wasn't "able to locate an order". Crappy service... crappy restaurant I will NEVER go back. Shut this...
