I've only been to Starbucks 3 times in my life and all 3 were to this Starbucks. I don't like coffee at all so I just never thought to come here, until someone told me you can order drinks with a cream base. The 1st time I ordered a grande carmel ribbon crunch with a cream base and extra carmel. They didn't do a cream base or add extra carmel. Which sucked, I ended up giving my drink to someone else. The 2nd time I came here I ordered the same thing grande carmel ribbon crunch cream base everything carmel extra. I wish I knew who made my drink because it was AMAZING! They did the cream base like I asked and put so much carmel. I was very very happy. If every time I came here was made by this person it would be 5+ stars! It's actually the only reason I did 3 stars was just because of my second visit. My 3rd visit I thought would be like my second so I ordered the same thing but in a bigger size. I ordered a tall carmel ribbon crunch cream base extra carmel. I got a venti cup instead of tall, they didn't do the cream base, and I barely had carmel or crunch let alone extra. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to say something. Next time I go I'm going to make sure I say beforehand will whoever makes it please make sure to do a cream base and actually add lots of carmel please because sometimes they don't and I always give atip. Read moreKinda disappointed in this location. Their drinks don't seem to taste like the other locations for some reason. It's like they make their coffee much stronger than the other locations. Then, that requires more of the syrups to balance out the strong coffee taste. I don't like that idea. On a previous visit the caramel macchiato was not made correctly at all. It was very very bitter.
Then there's the issue of wait times. I placed a mobile order. I was a bit early so I sat and waited. I watched 7 people in line, place their orders and receive their orders before I got mine. It took 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door til I received my drink. Mind you, I placed it in the app before I ever got to the store. I understand mornings are busy and expected to wait a few minutes but to service all the people who hadn't placed their orders until after I walked in is just poor service.
The staff was friendly but the exceptionally slow service leaves something to be desired.
I was glad to see they finally got the protein pack with the apples and peanut butter back.
I work near here and would love to return but not if the issues aren't corrected. I'm done wasting money. There are other coffee...
Read moreWent in today and politely asked if the vanilla or caramel pump sauces were vegan. Alex behind the counter answered with "I don't know", in a tone that really caught me by surprise. From there I told my husband to go on to order without me. After that Alex moved on to help with drinks and a brunette girl took over at the register. My husband went on to ask her if she had a nutritional guide or to see if she knew about vegan flavorings. She was completely dumbfounded, asked the girl at the drive through window if she knew to which she replied " that's a really good question!"..... While we're talking to this girl Alex decided to chime in with a "the only way you're going to be able to find out is online" with the audacity to say it to us without even looking in our direction and in a tone to treat us like we're idiots. At this point I'm pissed. I've been a barista- product knowledge is key, not to mention just being decent to your customers. That group, even if two of three were polite, need training on their product and what they offer. And Alex would never represent my store after treating...
