I specifically ordered from here to get the potato salad with my pork and rice meal and an extra container of the potato salad.. they took my order KNOWING that they didn't have the potato salad.. didn't call me to let me know they didn't have it.. then replaced it with a cheap green salad (and didn't call to see if I wanted a replacement or anything). Last 3 times I called they did the same thing with the potato salad and I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they had "ran out", but EVERY TIME I CALL!? 🤦🏽‍♀️ Never ordering from here again. PLUS the chicharon is NOT chicharon.. it's mostly fatty meat. 🤢 The rice was also bland. So disappointed .. and simply sounding "nice" on the phone isn't going to cut it, especially when mistakes happen so often here. I suggest they get their stuff together quickly.. Ordered a door dash order today and the food came cold and greasy. It was horrible. When we called about it, we were told it was packaged how we asked and that we must’ve waited too long to eat it. That was not the case, as I ate it right away and called right after opening the food. When asked what could be done about it, she said we could let them know when we come in again for something extra but would need to remind them since they have other customers and stuff on their minds. I do DoorDash occasionally as a side gig. They have been rude to me picking up a delivery to help their business on two separate occasions. They were even calling me a gringo the last time I was there. While I’m not sure if that is always a derogatory term, I would never give them my business. Treat everyone who walks through your door with the same respect. Especially if they are delivering orders for your customers. Yes we get paid to do it, but you get paid for the delivery too.
