!!!!!AVOID THIS SUBWAY!!!!!
I’ll start by saying, this is the last and final time I will give that location a chance. I’m a second chance kind of guy. But this time it is over. Every single time I’ve gotten a sandwich at this store, which has only been a handful of times because it’s convenient to my home location, there is always something wrong with the order… missing ingredients, old ingredients, incorrect ingredients, or just barely any at all.
I’ve been a patron of subway all over the US for the better part of 30 years and this is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST location I’ve ever been to… from the way the food is made, to the old veggies, to the staff just being rude and unfriendly.
Well today was the last time I will go to this location. And I also sent corporate quite the review to investigate it because if I was an exec at subway, that location would be shut down immediately.
So I’ll tell you about my experience today. Subway is running a special of BOGO on footlongs. Wow?! So I thought I would partake and give this store one more chance. I order my usual, an all American club with the fixings of my choice. I order my family another one that’s rotisserie chicken as they wanted to try it.
I fight the traffic from the event going on at the racetrack that separates my house from this restaurant on my only off day so I could enjoy a nice subway sandwich, only to get home from fighting the traffic again, to open it up and it be the most abysmal “sandwiches” I’ve ever seen in my life. The only thing that even remotely resembled what I ordered is the bread. I’ll attach photos. But as you can clearly see online, and because I order it all the time.
An all American club consists of ham, turkey and bacon with your choice of cheese and toppings.
When I opened mine I was greeted by only maybe 4 single slices of turkey for the whole foot long. Hardly any cheese. Barely any lettuce, wilted soggy rotting tomatoes. I had eaten 1 or 2 bites of one half and realized the tomatoes tasted off so that’s when I opened it up.
This is a 13 DOLLAR SANDWICH. And I got at best their “turkey sandwich” which is almost half the price.
So both sandwiches ended up in the garbage… the chicken one didn’t even have any cheese on it at all. And neither sandwich was toasted.
Now I’m out my money, my lunch, and I feel sick from the little bit of tomato I ate before I realized what was going on.
I’ll attach some photos.
I WILL NEVER...
Read moreBecause I had a limited lunch break, I ordered a sandwich on the app. I went in at the time the app said it would be ready. When I went got my order, the bag seemed to weigh much less than it typically does when I get a Subway sandwich. I almost thought they had made a wrap instead of a sandwich. When I opened it, it was sloppy and gross. The bread was wrong, and they barely put any ingredients on it. I had ordered it toasted and it was stone cold. I questioned the worker about the bread first, and she said they didn't have Italian Herbs and Cheese bread made yet (it was lunch time) and that's why they made it with white. I expected them to ask if I wanted another kind of bread, but they didn't. Then I showed them the sandwich and said that it didn't look correct. They were defensive and pointed out that they had put/done everything I ordered (even though there was very little of each thing). I told them I thought it didn't look very appetizing, but they just stared at me, not offering to make me another one. At this point, I didn't want their hands touching any more food that they would make for me. They were defensive and unapologetic. I will add that I did not go in there ready to fight either. I honestly thought they had given me the wrong sandwich. After learning this was my sandwich, I expected them to offer to make me a new one. What is sad, I used to come to this store maybe a year or so ago on a weekly basis because the ladies they had working there were moms (I overheard them working out when they needed to leave to go pick up their kids from school) and seemed to really care about the quality of the food they were serving. The store was clean, inviting, and they were friendly. Before I left the store with my sad excuse for a sandwich, I looked around for napkins to find none. I asked the lady if she had any napkins, and she said they were out. How is a restaurant (not that busy by the way) not have napkins for people to wipe their hands and mouths with? I blame the owners for that, but it just goes to the overall care taken at...
Read moreI've been here three times now and ended up with diarrhea and nausea all three times with today being the worst. The first two I just assumed it was something else I ate but today being the third time I've gotten sick after eating here I can only assume this location is the cause. Two of the three times I've been inside to eat I had a short blonde lady out of uniform making my food and she doesn't have a great attitude about her job. She shorted me on my portions both times too and very sloppily throws the sandwich together. I used to manage a subway so I know just how easy it is to serve bad food there and I think this is the case. I didn't see any hand washing being done and cookies were wayyyyy over stocked which tells me health code isn't being followed and food temps/times aren't being followed. The young lady also had multiple large rings on and the sleeves of her sweater were falling down past the cuffs of her gloves. I know that both the franchise owner and Subway corporate will see this review so one of you two need to check in on this store. I don't think they are taking health code seriously at all here. I would love to be able to eat here again as I work across the street but can't risk loosing time at work anymore due to eating bad food here as we follow health code very seriously and don't allow employees with...
