Walk up and order, server brings your food out. Extensive menu. Clean inside and out with a high health inspection rating. Outside dining area, a few tables in the open area and several tables with a fan in an enclosed dining area. The FRIED CHICKEN SALAD was big chucks of cut lettuce with lots of very ripe tomatoes, three slices of cucumber and a very light sprinkle of an unidentifiable processed cheese. It tasted exactly like it sounds, very bland but it was eatables. The chicken was a chicken finger cut up, I was hoping for more seasoning but it was bland also on the salad.** I would have liked it I think as a chicken finger with some honey mustard. The ranch dressing was homemade, but thin and again, bland. I love a good salad but there was nothing really outstanding about this one, I would not order this again, just because for the money it’s not worth it and there is probably something on the menu better. THE WORKS HOTDOGS $3.99 each with everything was ok. The chili and coleslaw was the primary taste. *If you like fries or are planning on sharing get the large fries. A small is really small. It's hard to believe I've lived in Cherokee County for 15 years and I've never eaten at Arctic Snow. We tried it last night for the first time and we were impressed! We ordered it to go. I had a corn dog and tots and my husband had a chicken finger plate. My corn dog was perfect! Hot and crispy, one of the best I've ever had. My husband said his chicken fingers were the best in town. They were super tender and juicy. His slaw was spot-on too! It was so good, we came back today. We called the order in on the way and the girl was super friendly! So friendly that when we hung up, I said, "Wow, she was nice!" And they were just as nice when we got there! The young lady even carried our food to the sitting area and got us set up at a table. Our food was just as delicious tonight as last night! I highly recommend Arctic...

Customer service was awful all 3 times. Some of our order was cooked and some was half cooked. The BBQ was terrible! Dried meat without sauce or flavoring. The philly cheese was a joke. Hotdogs were warm and not boiled all the way. Hamburger was same way as hotdogs. The onion rings and sweet tea was the only items that were good. Apple, and peach fried pies were bland. I tried them out for 3 straight weeks and all 3 times we were disappointed. The first meal for my girlfriend and myself was over $76. I told her we should've gone to a nearby steak house.
