My husband and I visited this store on a Saturday. Donnie did an awesome job with the orders. We were there for a while but we waited patiently. But we started to notice orders being placed after our very simple order was getting filled. This is what set me off:Donnie took it upon himself to put on gloves and help the cook, which we learned later on was the manager, so that we could get our order. We noticed prior to that, he and the other lady working drive thru were being talked to ,by the manager, very rudely. She gave him hell for helping. Said she didn't need it! Seriously! Our order was taking longer than it should and she was the reason why. Donnie completed our order with a smile. Good help is hard to find and when you have it, don't talk to them like you are better than them. She was unprofessional to her employees and customers. We heard her on several occasions being rude to them when they asked about orders. She either needs to get management training or step her down from her position. My husband and I never got rude with anyone in there. We know being short staffed is everywhere so no need to be in a big hurry, but do your job. The food was good. Read moreI really like the way Hardee's hamburgers taste. When I usually go to this particular Hardee's, the customer service is usually superb but this day, like a lot of other places the drive thru is the only thing open, so I walk up to the drive thru because I was in a large unit. And ask for a usually but the lady tells me that the menu has changed, so I'm lost. With no help at all from her, I'm confused about what I want. So the lady gets an attitude because I don't know what I want, since their menu has changed. So she's impatient and with no words, she just walks away from the door and gets someone else to help me. Once again I work to hard to spend my money with establishments whose employees don't have customer service or no kind of etiquette when it come to the people who services their business. I don't care to spend my money on places that are like that. The only reason I chose to stay is because I frequent this Hardee's and out of all the times I've been there this was my first time having bad customer service, ever. Read moreI've been holding off on reviewing because my experience is usually not terrible. But I'm finally done with this place. The food is good and fast, but the service has been declining for the last 2 or 3 years. To put it simply, if you're one who enjoys hearing people in the kitchen make snide remarks about your order through the speaker, this is your place; especially if you love having to park and go in to retrieve the part of your order that you paid for but didn't receive in the drive through. And no part of a wasted drive through ordeal is complete unless YOU are made to feel like a jerk for actually coming in to get iy. Apparently, it's bad manners to inform the employees of the mistake? I guess we're supposed to just let that one go. Maybe look at it as the "drive through gratuity" that's automatically added to your bill.
