I went in this morning on my way from Columbus to Ashburn, needing a coffee pick me up. They took my order and paid. The cashier was friendly, joking about how we were out of what I ordered. Well, come to find out, they were supposedly out of milk. I asked for a refund and they refunded me on my card for the coffee I ordered only. I also had purchased a bottle of water. It would have been good customer service to refund me for that too because this was a HUGE inconvenience for me. There are no more coffee places between Ashburn and Leesburg and I really needed a coffee. McDonald's has the worst service not to mention they aggressively advertise the McCafe drinks but the machines are only working about 30 percent of the time. I go out of my way not to do business with them because they end up making you mad when you weren't even in a bad mood to begin with. If I can help it, that'll be my last trip to there or any other McDonald's. All I got was a "sorry bout that". They also said they HAD to refund me on my card which doesn't even show immediately.    Read moreOnce again poor customer service..... We placed an order on the McDonald's app at 9:45pm. The app says orders can be placed at the McDonald's on US19 in Leesburg until 10:45 pm. Once again our order was canceled at this location by the employee. At 9:45 pm when we arrived the McDonald's already had the doors locked and the female employee said they weren't taking orders and when we told her it was an online order she said oh, well come in and locked the door back after we came in. Then she went to typing something on the register and then she says, oh, it's been canceled. Ya, because she instantly canceled it. As many issues as this McDonald's has with serving people raw food all the way to locking the doors at 9:45 pm, the city/county should cancel their contract and put a restaurant in Leesburg, GA that actually has employees who want to work and serve customers.    Read moreI have never once gone here where there wasn't some sort of issue. Today went there and was missing food. Their computers are always going down. Employees don't listen and they don't pay attention. They need to close down.
01-11-2020 Update. I had not been back to this McDonald's since my last review. Nothing has changed. I was served a bagel that was a hockey puck it was so hard. The steak had something mysterious on it that I couldn't identify. The steak was so dry there was nothing that could have saved it. I'm not sure how this location stays open.
02-27-22 Went here again on a whim. The shake machine wasn't working. They drive thru drink machine wasn't working and the girl climbed a ladder to scoop ice out of the top of it. Order was wrong. Fries were not fully cooked. Quarter pounder patty was raw. Big Mac bun was burnt. Tell me how...
