I visited this site this afternoon for lunch upon arrival was not greeted the customary way you should but through observing the store it must have been delivery day and was mindful that the lady was also busy. I was told when looking at menu that there was no oil so only hamburgers and hot dogs could be served so I ordered a blizzard instead. I paid for order which came to $5.19 and left store as I had a corporate call that I needed to complete. Once I opened the blizzard it was definitely not correct in how it was made, it was essentially $5.19 of vanilla ice cream in a cup, I returned to the store and requested for my return of money as the order was not correct. The lady told me âyou got what you orderedâ I explained I did not want to argue with her nor did I have the time that I simply wanted my money back. She statedâ We donât give refundsâ she never offered to make a new one and was unapologetic. when asked who the manager was she identified she was but refused to give her name and stated the girl in the back was also another manager but she would not have made the blizzard wrong. (Ridiculous I know and unbelievable that I am really having this conversation with this Manager) when asked who the owner was she refused to give the name or contact and told me I could call corporate and than proceeded to tell me that I was not welcome back at the location. I left I did call the corporate office to detail the events, however I am writing this review because as I left I realized that this type of mentality is why small businesses go under, they want the support of their community/or visitors but whether it is lack of proper on boarding upon hiring or lack of customer service trainingâŚyou loose the ability to have growth. How I was treated this morning was disrespectful and unwarranted because the âManagersâ clearly did not care about the the customer or the experience. I do not need a follow up from the owner as I see from the your previous poor reviews that they appear automated and insincere I can promise I will not return to this site. Cons: service was slow. Staff seemed undertrained. The cashier got my order wrong. Then, my total came to 17.06. I gave her a $20, and she typed it in her register, which of course showed 2.94 in change. Then I said "oh, I have six cents." And of course she became extremely confused and I had to explain to her that 2.94 + .06 = $3.00, and that by taking the six cents and giving me the $3, the outcome would be exactly the same.
Then, she forgot to charge us for the extra toppings in our blizzard. That's great for us, but at 89 cents per extra topping, and surely a high profit margin on such an item, I'd definitely be a little upset about it if I were the owner. Again, undertrained.
My girlfriend's order of a Bacon Cheeseburger did not have any bacon on it, and our blizzards had ice cream running down the side of the cup.
It seems like all of these items could be fixed with better management, more efficient workflow, and additional training.
That being said, I'm sure we'll go back seeing as it's the only fast food place in town and sometimes a Blizzard really...

Upon being threatened by Alex, I asked for fresh servings as those had been sitting out. She made some other comment about not losing her job over this.
