This is the BEST Thai restaurant there is in Utah County, you can hate me for getting you broke I don’t care! 😉 We went last week and I want to go again! @marcomigo1

If you’re searching for the warmest, most flavor-packed hug your taste buds will ever receive, Sabaidee Thai in Lehi, UT, is the place to be. The moment you step in, you're transported straight to a world where coconut milk flows like rivers and spice is an art form. Let’s talk about their Tom Kha soup, pictured here in all its golden, brothy glory. This soup was so good it made me question whether I’ve been living life correctly until now. Creamy coconut milk with a hint of tangy lime, tender chicken, and a sprinkle of chili oil – every spoonful tasted like it had been sent from the heavens (with express delivery). You might think I’m exaggerating, but I’d consider writing it a love letter if it wouldn’t be awkward for the waiter. And don’t get me started on the rice. You know you’ve hit peak bliss when you’re spooning plain white rice with the excitement usually reserved for dessert. It’s fluffy, light, and essentially the Robin to the Tom Kha’s Batman. In conclusion, Sabaidee isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a flavor-packed journey to Thailand without the airfare or the risk of forgetting your passport. Be warned, though: one taste and your loyalty to bland dinners will be history.

The curries are fantastic. We ordered Panang, Red and Pumpkin. I would give 5 stars based on curries. So so so so sad and disappointed by the "appetizers." We ordered fresh spring rolls and "Tofu Tod." The tofu was....just fried tofu- exactly as it would be in a dish with tofu. They didn't add a glaze or anything to it. It was very UNappetizing. It was dry, bland and ugly. Definitely not worth the price. It was an ingredient- NOT an appetizer. The peanut sauce was very good but did not make up for the poor excuse for the appetizer it was served with. The Spring Rolls appetizer- also a FAIL. Come on...rice noodles, iceberg lettuce and a very few tiny shreds of carrot??? You call that a spring roll? Totally not worth it. You are paying for mostly lettuce. Photos enclosed. Don't waste your money on appetizers. Appetizers get 1 star...or none. Edit- Downgrading to 2 star today. Got take out. Ordered a side of steamed broccoli- broccoli was in its own box but smelled strongly of fish. Yuck. We didn't order any fish. They also didn't include the extra rice we ordered and paid for. That was my daughter's lunch. Ugh. Check your take-out orders carefully.

Sabaidee is Awesome! My favorite is the Pumpkin Curry. I've been going there for over a few years now . The Owners are really nice people, who have taken the time to talk with you, and they care about the people who visit their restaurant. They take care of you and do what they can to make your visit a wonderful experience. This is a family owned and operated restaurant. The food is delicious, and plenty of it. It's like going to your grandparent's for dinner, and your grandmother won't let you leave the table until you're full. If you happen to run out of rice, (a large bowlful of it as it is,) they'll bring you more. I have yet to see any other restaurant do that, (unless you go to a buffet,) and usually the others give you a thimble full of rice, like rice costs a fortune. I've tried three other Thai restaurants, and the others just didn't provide the friendly atmosphere, and service that Sabaidee does, and much smaller portions as well. We went there tonight, decided because this week a friend of mine asked if I'd ever tried it, and I was like, YES!!! He said a couple of people and him from where he works went there for lunch, and their lunches were awesome and you got a lot of food for the price. And now, everyone where he works goes there a lot for lunch. So when asked what to do for dinner tonight, I said Sabaidee, and met no resistance. It's been getting busier since I first started going there, so I think the secret's out. My only suggestion for improvement, is they need to hire another waitress for the busier times. (And make sure she is as friendly and caring as the owners. ) Because I think the genuine kindness and service is what really sets this restaurant way...

My brother and I have had a lot of Thai food from many different states (both of us have moved to Utah within the past year), and because of the 4.5 star rating we gave this place a try. If you enjoy real Thai food, avoid this place.

Food: So bland. Meat was overcooked. We got Satay, fresh spring rolls, Num Thok, Red Curry, and Thai Iced Tea. The most enjoyable thing was the Thai Iced Tea which was overly sweet but still enjoyable. Everything else... Totally not worth it and even though we were hungry we didn't finish it.

Service: We asked our server what was moose popular and what he liked the most. He responded in the most uncaring way basically saying everything is just food, and it is all the same to him. We almost left after that... We should have. Then when we were still finishing our food a young waiter comes up with our check in hand (had only been there 35 min) and asks if we'd like anything else. Seems like they really wanted us to be done even though there were literally 3 groups in the entire place. So we said no and he placed the check down and then waited to be given my card.

Summary: Terrible food, terrible service. If you don't care for your food to have any seasoning and to just be whatever so you can say you ate something not American, I guess this is your place. Otherwise, go somewhere else, this isn't worth your time, taste buds, nor...

Took my parents out to lunch here a few weeks back because they had been wanting to try this place for years now. Unfortunately I doubt any of us will be coming back. Food was good. Not the best Thai food I’ve ever had but it was good. We got the pad Thai, the mango sticky rice dessert, and one other rice dish I can’t recall the name of now. All good. But the service was terrible. We walked in the door and the waitress just stood there staring at us for a second and then asked what we needed. We were so confused because normally the waitresses at places will walk over and welcome you and ask how many is in your party, she did not, she acted almost annoyed we were there bothering her. She eventually came over and seated us and quickly took our orders and food came out pretty quick. But the whole staff that we saw there that day all seemed annoyed to have to wait on people and were trying to quickly get us out the door (this was during a regular business time, not right before closing or opening). I think we were in and out of there in under 40 minutes because of the waitress rushing us. It was really awkward. Like I said, we likely won’t come back just due to the service. Not worth the awkwardness for just...
