This spot is a true hidden gem! Having been to Mexico, I can honestly say this comes impressively close to the real deal. The homemade corn tortillas are a game changer, and their salsa is always fresh and bursting with flavor. I was bummed when their pickled onions disappeared—but great news: they're back and just as delicious as I remember!

Good food, but felt like a strangely run establishment.

I wasn't 100% confident that they were following all food safety precautions.

The salsa bar was outside, and covered, but did not seem to be on top of ice or anything. The inside of the food trailer looked quite unkept from what I could see while ordering. I could see a bag of frozen fries just sitting on the counter when I arrived. I had to holler to get someone to help me (they were in the back on lawn chairs hanging out since they were NOT busy.)
