We are staying at the lodge visiting family in the area. One of us is a golfer. We had dinner on a Friday night. The staff were friendly and professional. We were welcomed and seated with a casual attitude that fit the evening.
The menu is varied but not extensive. This is a golf resort after all, it isn’t the Cheesecake Factory. We both decided on pretty standard fare. The lady petit steak while I had the Veal Chop. We both had carrots and mashed potatoes as our sides. I had a garden salad. The carrots were perfect cooked with a little crunch. Mashed potatoes were smooth and tasty. Both meats, as they say now “Protiens”, were cooked to perfection, tasty and tender.
Weekends they have music. This was very nice end related to the audience with professional courtesy. DONT FORGET TO TIP.
We didn’t have dessert as the lady said I didn’t want any.
The staff were literally soup to nuts perfect in making us feel welcome and respected. There were a few folks eating that obviously desired privacy and this was given. I think any group from a privacy desired couple to a group of or family would be happy
These folks work so as usual DONT...
Read moreI had been going to the restaurant under its previous names for some time and once the restaurant was finished transforming into this new iteration, I knew I had to return. Walking into the club I saw that it was a rather busy night, but it was apparent that Tony and Jeremy had it well in hand and were able to have everything/everyone running smoothly. I did have to sit at the bar for this evening, but that's what I get for walking in with no reservations on a Saturday night. The food was everything I could hope for with both my appetizer of the artichoke hearts and entree of the crab ravioli coming out perfectly cooked. I could tell Paolo and Cyril were leading their team through the dinner rush perfectly. To wrap up the night, I treated myself to their house made tiramisu, the portion was a bit on the large size, but that just means I get a snack for later. I'll certainly...
Read moreMy wife and I decided to arrive early last evening to enjoy a nice dinner before Serene Green began. The staff was warm in greeting us. We had not made reservations, but were completely ok with sitting at the bar to have dinner. We loved the interior of this establishment, and also the lodge area. Everything was clean and had nice touches of decor. The menu was smaller, but I felt focuses on something for everyone. We both enjoyed our salads before our entrees arrived. Our server was fantastic, and although the bar was very busy, was still able to focus on making sure everyone was taken care of. It appeared to be a busy night overall, and the staff handled it very well. Everyone I watched throughout the evening was pleasant and things seemed to be working like a well oiled machine. I would absolutely recommend the 19th Grill at Woodstone. We will be...
