Country Squire Deli — Restaurant in Lehman Township

If I could give negative stars I would. We tried to call 3 times at 9am to order sandwiches to pick up at 10:30 am. Got a recording that phone wasn’t accepting calls. Went in to store at 10:30 am to place order and told the nice woman taking our order that we had tried to call. She said “our phone must be down which would make sense why we haven’t gotten any calls”. Place our order which she gave to man making sandwiches. He had 3 before ours so we ran down the street to get gas. We returned and he still hadn’t started ours. She started them and asked him for help several times and he ignored her. Finally at 11:25 we asked how many were left to be made and she said 2. We said we will just take the 4 because we had somewhere to get to and had been there and hour. The man mumbled something about us ordered 6 sandwiches and we said we tried to call but couldn’t get through. He said “I have taken 4 phone calls today” and pointed out all of the phones. I said would you like to see when I tried to call on my phone and he had another rude response. We said forget it you can keep the order and left. We have never been treated so rudely and will NEVER patronize this...

Our go to spot for everything when we don't feel like driving 2456346 miles to the grocery store lol we live in saw Creek... Recently moved here from the city. We're used to being close to everything so this is way more convenient than driving all the way down the mountain. Staff and owner is friendly prices aren't terrible. My daughter lovvvesssss the candy barrels. Always stocked with her favorites! Gummy worms and swedish fish. They have ice cream in the shimmer months. Awesome soft serve. Wish they'd keep the machines running during winter. Haven't tried the hot food yet but it does smell good! I've gotten sliced deli meats also...a bit on the pricey side but beats having to drive all the way to the grocery store which has comparable pricing anyway. beer distributor next door is convenient also. Same owner of the deli. Just make sure you make your night runs before 8pm and 9pm on Saturdays or you'll be hauling it down to Turkey Hill lol. It's all good though, still...

The two camp benches that for all these years have been welcome to the harsh weather but rarely the company of people. The random colored sticks on the floor in the shop of human feet that start from the entrance door and move in a straight line towards the candy section. The open air, always exemption jerky that sits just right of the double-wide cooler deli/sandwich section that was covered in a way to many sighs. The wall of toys that was suspiciously way too close to the candy section. Yeah, this deli has spirit, it has character. It doesn't have to try to show you that it has a life of its own. A type of natural evolution that happened because it been around long enough and for good reason. This store isn't too bad. Their sandwiches are better than MOST fast food. Their selection of essentials is decent, to the point that I can understand why they are still in business after...
