This is a small family business but let me tell you that they have the best ice cream and service. I ordered the cake for my sonā€™s birthday and they made it the way I wanted, a vanilla Among Us cake with evaporated milk filling. The owner made sure to get every detail for the cake and it was ready on time. With that being said I will continue to order my cakes from them. Cakes are fresh and affordable, and the best thing is that they can do it whoever you want.

Nosotros les pedimos si podian aser un pastel que nos gusto y nos dijeron que si, es mas el pastel quedo mucho mas mejor que la foto que le enseƱamos. Nos icieron nostra boda bien especial por lo que hicieron. Muchas gracias! Nunca nos olvidaremos. I want to say thank you very much to everyone who helped us in the bakery, for my and my wife's wedding. We asked them if they could bake a cake that we liked and they said yes, the cake is much better than the photo that we show them. They made our wedding very special for what they did. Thank you very much! We will forever appreciate it.

We stopped for ice cream one evening (recently) heading back from the Florida Keys... and were VERY IMPRESSED. The soft serve ice cream was cold, smooth and creamy - with very generous portions. It was then we discovered Redland's catered food and decided to take a chance on them this past weekend. We were BLOWN AWAY! The food was absolutely outstanding! We ordered traditional Cuban food and received amazing food with great authentic presentation. The moros rice was very, very moist and so plentiful. The yucca was buttery soft and very flavorful. The heaping mound of shredded pork was topped with caramel colored sautƩed onions that smelled heavenly and who can forget my favorite - sweet plantains (Maduros) were cooked to perfection! We can't stop there - the Oreo ice cream cake was the perfect ending to our family birthday party. Easily served our guests with leftovers.

We can't say enough about Redland's Ice Cream and Bakery. From their customer service when placing our order to the plentiful product they prepared and served. They were worth the drive!! We plan to spread the word to family and friends and we wish Redland's Ice Cream many years of success with their family owned business.

Family owned and operated! Owners are wonderful and are always there working. My family and I have been going there for ice cream for years. My husband and daughter enjoy their banana bread. Just recently ordered lechon for Christmas Day and the ordering and pick up process was great! The lechon was so good and there was so much! (I actually froze some of it for future use). We will definitely continue to support this small family business and...
