Tacos Los Juanes — Restaurant in Lemoore

My family and I went to get some tacos and burritos. Nobody was in front of us in line. There were two tables with people sitting in them when we got there. Both had their food. We ordered, and ten minutes later a softball team came to the store, ordering after us. After 30 minutes we still didn’t have our tacos and burritos. 30 MINUTES! This isn’t gourmet food. It’s a step above fast food, and it’s not worth waiting for 30 minutes to get a burrito I can get made elsewhere in 90 seconds. Nobody came to apologize, or say, hey, we know it’s been a wait and we’re sorry and we’re working on it. When I went to the counter to get my money back because after 30 minutes we still didn’t have our burritos, they tried telling me that they’re really busy - except they weren’t for the first 10 minutes we were there. They couldn’t believe I actually wanted my money back after waiting 30 minutes for their ok food. Never going...

I usually order from the old location at least 2 to 3 times a week, today 3/29/24, I ordered a chile verde burrito with Carnitas and the burrito was so small, I mentioned to the clerk and he had no response at all other than shrugging his shoulders. Got home and my tiny burrito only had chile verde and no Carnitas. I called back and the same clerk answered and stated they have changed the serving size. This burrito was smaller than a Taco Bell burrito. Might be time to go back to another taco shop. Sad situation to pay over $10 for a Taco Bell burrito.i may order another burrito to compare the size and see if it’s just the cook that was on duty or if the quality and quantity has changed due to management as stated...

Depends on who’s making your food you get a decent burrito. But most of the time now the burritos are not tasting as good anymore. Just got a burrito today. They only half threw the rest away. It did not come out good, And meat wasn’t even chopped right. I don’t feel like driving to complain. If I want a good burrito on a stick to tacos los compadres food truck or drive to chalio’s in Hanford at least I’ll get more meat in my burrito.. As much as they charge for a burrito, they’re starting to be extremely stingy. They used to be really good there and now they suck…I’m not going there anymore. I’m gonna stick to the taco Los compadres taco truck, Chalio’s or wait till I go to Coalinga...
