A couple days ago I ordered on the app while I was at work. I waited for it to say my order was ready before I took my lunch to pick it up. It took about 5 minutes to get there and when I arrived 2 girls were standing in the back talking and when I said pick up they tried to tell me they hadn't gotten an order and that it was the wrong place before actually checking. They checked and said "oh, it is here." I got a drink from 711 and when I came back in the continued talking instead of actually making my order and continued pausing. I got one "sorry" after waiting an extra 10 minutes because they couldn't pay attention to their job. I missed half my lunch when it should've taken...

Customer has a as valid coupon. Sorry, our scanning machine is down. Okay, can you still honor the coupon? No, I can't scan it. Right, but we can read what the coupon says, and I have a calculator built into my phone...I also have cash money. Our system is down, we can't use coupons.
I'm not sure if this is a bad on corporate subway, or just the local level management. There really needs to be a foolproof way to allow a coupon to be used when a part of the coupon reading technology fails.

I asked the employee "where are the grilled melt marks like in the picture? She said we don't have the tray for that..then I said I would not have ordered the sandwiches had I known. Her attitude did not help. So both sandwiches have over toasted bread. Trust...I will not use this particular 1790 West Bush Street Subway again, $20 for a false...
