We visited from out of town and we wanted some French toast and pancakes. I generally try to look for a place to eat where I haven’t been to before. So we found The Vineyard. When you first walk in, it looks like it could be a buffet style restaurant because they have some kind of counter that looks like a food bar but it’s empty. We were seated within five minutes. The place is pretty big and have lots of seating. The atmosphere is a bit gloomy. The ceiling was grey and they had old tiled floors. They need to do a little update in their interior decorating. They serve classic American food. We ordered French toast and Pancakes just like we wanted. The food tasted great, but nothing really special it’s what I would expect for classic American food. Don’t judge me, I am a fan of potatoes they have to be cooked and seasoned a certain way. With that said, I loved their home fries. They’re diced potatoes cooked golden brown, with green bell peppers, seasoned with salt and pepper, crispy on the outside and soft inside. So when you bite into it, it has that crispy sound. It was perfect. I’d say the amount of food is a lot for the price you pay. The service was fast! Our server took our order within 5 minutes and food came right away. The overall experience was ok.

We were seated pretty quickly. The place felt very small and everything was loud. It was hard to hear my own conversation. The atmosphere is pretty boring. I ordered the bacon and egg omelette with hash browns and my partner had the steak with eggs and hash browns. The steak meal was over $13 and the omelette was $15. Each drink was over $3 making our total $39.44 for two meals. The server seemed very inattentive to our table compared to others. The took our order, gave us food and came back to give us the bill while we were eating without being asked for it. She seemed like she wanted us out of there. The omelette and steak were decent but the hash browns were not crispy at all and the eggs were over medium but very soupy inside and made a mess. As we waited for to-go plates, our server did not come back to us and assumed we were just done. Other servers helped us with napkins to clean up the egg mess and refills. One young man noticed we were sitting and waiting and helped us with to-go plates and refilled to-go cups! He was much kinder and helpful. Since we already had the check slipped to us during our meal, we decided to go check out and left no tip due to the unsettling vibe our server had towards us. Thank you to the others that helped us out!

The waitress we had was super nice and incredibly helpful, and also VERY attentive, she was the best part of my experience here. This was my first time coming to this place although I’ve seen it was an option here on google, and I have to admit my food was decent, I definitely recommend the big burrito (not smothered in gravy) but with a side of salsa (it’s homemade) plus the cup of fruit I received was ripe and added a really great touch. The unfortunate part of my experience was the lack of season on potatoes, the hash browns specifically in the burrito didn’t actually taste like anything. The main flavor that stood out was the bacon. The eggs were cooked thoroughly however no flavor beyond the natural egg flavor which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, the bacon and the tortilla was most certainly the highlight of the burrito. Overall for the price of my meal, and the experience I had, this place was a great spot for brunch, I would like to come back and try other items on the menu, thank you guys for a notable experience!

SHABBY. First Impressions are everything, and this was my first time. I probably won't go back. Was greeted right away, seated. Menus, drinks, fast. We then told the seater we're ready to order, but it took 10 minutes for one of the 5 waitresses to attend us. It was not busy, was 2 pm. I got up to ask for a waitress. She came and was very polite. Food was not bad, would give the food a second chance.

Unfortunately, the place was a mess. Carpet covered with napkins and straw wrappers. One booth was broken, a few nails and a hammer would have fixed it. Men's room was not in the best shape, either. With that many people on staff at a slow time that place should have been clean, BUT it was not. Also, the reality is this: the majority of the world is not ok with homosexuality. It's not because we're "homophobes," as we've been discriminatingly labeled. It's because we like the good 'ol days when things were normal, and people got married to have kids and raise a family and produce a sustainable population. Homosexuality is downright uncomfortable for most people. If you want to impress the limited number of liberal "give me co-ed bathrooms" people, then don't mind my critique. But if you want to reach the rest of the population and make them feel comfortable in your establishment, then put some one in front who doesn't give another guy the "eyes" when they come in for dinner! To top it off, the walls are lined, corner to corner to corner, with alcohol bottles. 100s of them. Not too family friendly if you ask me. Final remarks, straighten what's crooked, clean what's dirty, and get rid of the alcoholics "unanimous" feeling from the place and your...

While it was mid morning on a Saturday, the restaurant was only half full so bear with me. We had a larger group, after waiting to be seated we were led to a normal sized booth that was maybe appropriate if our group was half children. We asked to sit elsewhere because we just would not fit in a booth that size as regular sized adults. We get seated and order drinks. We had to clarify that we still needed coffee twice and never saw a refill until we were finished with our meal. The food was sub par at best, the only redeeming part of the meal was the fantastic cinnamon roll. My meal was cold upon arrival. Not that it mattered when we had to wait another 15 minutes for my husband to receive his meal. Why bring half the table of food out and forget us? We didn't get syrup until my husband was finally served and by then the table was done eating. The worst part was that they had the nerve to not comp his meal on the tab. I don't understand how they don't just automatically comp food that was forgotten.

Honestly they seemed understaffed. Our poor waitress was stuck trying to make custom drinks for another table for so long that she wasnt even aware that we only had half of our food. Don't take special drink orders if you don't have a bartender. She was doing her best but come on management, she couldn't even re enter my husbands order until she had these custom drinks made. Maybe if they were swamped, maybe this would be understandable. But at best they had half of the tables occupied.

Unless we suddenly find ourselves wanting custom alcoholic beverages at 11am I can't imagine we will find...

I sat and waited to be addressed and after 20 minutes of just sitting there, a few servers came and told me that they'd be right with me and can they get me something to drink. So I ordered a bloody Mary and a glass of water and.......... nothing for another 15 minutes. However, when I FINALLY got a menu I was able to order. The food was excellent. I ordered a turkey/avocado sandwich called Stephanies favorite. The bloody Mary wasn't to good I didn't even get close to finishing it, down fall of the bloody mary, it was full of salsa that they add in it. Also I had to ask for silverware and napkins for the biggest part of my meal I had to use the wet napkins that were served under my drink. That's how bad the lack of attention was to me. I was sitting right in front of everyone so there's no way I wasn't seen. After all that time I seriously started to think Damn is it because I'm not old and white? Because everyone else around me was getting so much attention. When she brought my food she also brought my check at the same time wich I thought was a little weird especially after I waited all that time just to be acknowledged, I kinda felt unwelcome and hurried out. She wasn't rude, just not intutitive to my needs as a consumer. But in all the sandwich was delish and of huge portion. 5 stars for the sandwich 1 star for the...
