Andy's Pizza — Restaurant in Leoni Township

Very dirty inside, we ended up leaving. Came in for lunch with the family, sat down and nobody else was there but us. Two teenagers were running the place, the one came out and got our drink orders after about 10 mins. We could here them joking and laughing in the back. As we waited for our drinks we fought off the flies and we were noticing the filth in there. The tables were sticky and the floors were stained with dirt, it looked like it hasn't been swept in years with all the food and debris everywhere. It was dead silent in there, no music playing or anything, it kind of felt like we were at somebodys grandmas house. About 20 mins went by before the kid finally came out to take our order at which point we told him we would pay for our drinks and leave.

I've only heard good things about the Andy's in Jackson so we figured we would try this one in Michigan Center. I don't recommend this one unless the lack of cleanliness and long wait...

Loved to come to this place for many years. Tonight, I decided to bring my family to it for a change. They loved the inside. I thought it was odd with the over head lights being off, but the laterns on. Warm, but dark. Sat there for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. An older gentleman came out and was going to drop a pizza at our table but we politely informed him we still have yet to place our order. He took it to another table that sat 3 people. I asked him as he was passing when someone is coming to take our order. He said it would be best if I ordered it at the desk because they are “short handed”. Im sorry but there have been 3 younger guys that seen us come in and none said “hello” or “we will be there in A moment” or “when you’re ready, please come up and place your order “. I’ve never been to a restaurant so poorly run with poor service. I’ve never called an order into a restaurant open for business that did not answer the phone or have a second line that rings when the other is not working. The message: “we can’t answer the phone at this time, please leave a message”. A message and order were left along with my phone number to call back . I called twice and left the same message to ensure that when my wife stopped on her way home, the order would be ready. When she arrived the working personnel said no order or message was called in. Maybe they need to look at updating their phone service if they want phone orders. Maybe business is so good at the Michigan Center Andy’s Pizza, it doesn’t need any phone orders.
