McDonald's — Restaurant in Leoni Township

I usually don't have too had of experiences at this location, but I've heard a lot of people have. This time I did. I went in to order my food, because I had my boat trailer with me. I placed my order with the cashier and told her a #2 w/ Dr. Pepper, #6 w/ strawberry shake, and a 10 pc spicy nugget. When they handed me my food my fries were missing, so I waitedfor them thinkingtbey were still in the fryer. The cashier asked if I was waiting on something and I told her "my fries". She talked to her manager, came back and said "You didn't order fries". I told her I ordered the combos. I said #2 and #6. I looked at my recipe and told her she only rang me up for the sandwich and the nuggets. She talked to her manager and the manager told me if I wanted thr fries, she would have to ring them up. Now I would be charged for everything ala cart. I decided not to, because I was tiref, hungry, and annoyed. I think she was new, but I think the manager could've handled it differently since the mistake was on their part and I had just spent $20 on food that probably cost them about...

I don't know who Martin is, but he's getting his name called out a lot angrily at this location.

I can see why when I was given several people's orders and half of them were missing things and none of the orders were mine.

This Martin guy also apparently has an incredible ability to fit about a pound of ham discs between two sides of a biscuit. It is unfortunate that this is overshadowed by the lack of eggs. Or so I overheard through the drive-thru window.

Martin, I don't know if you're truly the villain here, but either way, please try to do better for the sake of your coworkers. I know you're trying, but please take notes at this point, friend. I don't see the efficiency of the self order kiosk. Takes longer to order. After we ordered we went and sat down and waited, and waited, over 15 minutes. There was another party in the dining room and finally a girl came out to check out the dining room, so we asked what the hold up was with our order and she said they were waiting on fudge. We ordered 2 hot fudge sundae's. So my wife suggested I go tell them to switch our order to Carmel, and just as I got to the counter the girl was coming out with our order. Won't be back there again even though we go near that store a couple of times a week. Oh yeah, never got a receipt!!! By now we were late for our appointment and didn't want to go and try to get one.
