McDonald's — Restaurant in Leroy Township

The racism I just experienced at this McDonald’s has me furious! So I’m a truck driver, I walk over to McDonald’s and I try to go inside but the doors were locked. I know on the window and I get ignored. So I walk around to the drive through window and the girl says we can take your order out here just go to the first window.. I said but why can’t I just come inside, the dining area doesn’t close for another hour. She said because it’s only 4 of us in here. I said ok it’s only one of me out here. She said “I can’t open the door so just go to the first window”.. So I place my order at the window.. As I’m waiting on my food a white lady who was initially in the drive thru line, parks her car and they opened the door for her to come inside.! So when they brought me my food I said, “ if you don’t mind me asking, what’s the difference between you opening the door for me and the woman you just let inside.?” Her response was “Ummmm Ummmm” I said don’t even worry about it because I clearly see what’s going on here.. This place is lousy. The sign says dining room open til 9pm on Saturdays, the doors were locked even the HC door was locked. I RANG THE WHITE BELL even and they still would not open the door. O needed tok get in and check my hemo connection amd empty my ostomy and get some fluid/juice aas my blloodsugar is low and they would not let me in. This is a public place and there is a law in Michigan that folks like me with ostomies are to be allowed access to toilet facilities upon demand/necessity too and they violated that Ive half a minfd to call the police/ sheriff and show the officer the mess they have sellfishly caused me. this place in the past has been a goto place I could count on to empty my ostony, give myself meds etc.....but no more! Hreible to do this to...

Stopped here at 6:15pm on Dec 10th. Ordered a Large Quarter Pounder Meal via the app. There were 4 cars in front of me, and I was waiting for 35 minutes. They had my Large Coke in the window, but the employees didn’t give it to me until 6:35, then told me my food would be up shortly. I waited another 10 minutes until the food was given to me. When I attempted to eat the food, the fries were over-salted and undercooked. The quarter pounder was cooked on the outside of the meat but still red on the inside. I couldn’t even eat the food, and the only enjoyable thing was the coke. I recommend going to the Williamston McDonalds rather than here, as you would be able to drive there and get your food in the same time as this locations takes, and the food is...
