I think this could get two ratings. If you are stopping here to get something before you go over on the ferry this would be a 5. It's clean, they have ice cream, coffee, some snacks and maybe a breakfast sandwich. The food and prices are probably better than the ferry too. If you are coming here for breakfast and coffee because you are in the area I'd rate it a 3. Coffee was good, service was friendly and fast. The coffee is good, but there are always flies at the tables. I am also disappointed with the policy (or perhaps it was just one barista's lackadaisicalness, because I don't recall that being the response on every visit) that you can't get water with your order. It's annoying as an already paying customer to have to buy a bottle to get a drink of water. And especially when I order a double espresso. Been to this Coffee Shop and they have the best smoothies and pastries on the beach! My favorite smoothie is the Mango and the gent (I've met him before) that waited on me was very friendly, pleasant and courteous! I ordered a large Mango smoothie and he gave me that and a small one extra at no extra charge! I also ordered a muffin of which there was a charge-no problem.
