The Tap Room — Restaurant in Lewiston

Decided to try the food for the 1st time at The Tap Room The order consisted of Fish & Chips substituting sweet potato fries for regular. Chicken fried steak w/garlic fries substituted Also Pepsi and Chocolate Shake With a $7 tip the meal was $56.05 Talk about terrible Greasy And Hard Old chicken steak, it was Terrible. The fish wasn't much better either in fact it was almost RAW. We never Complain when stepping out trying something new but we wouldn't feed our beloved dog Gilbert anything but a couple bites of the sweet fries. Great atmosphere! Non-smoking which is a big plus for me. ICE COLD beer and a great selection of craft and domestic beers. The food is excellent, and did I mention the cold beer??!! If you are not interested in a pub scene then go next door to KC's burgers where you have the same great selection of beers and TV's, so you don't have to worry about missing the game!
