This is my 5th time ordering from this location from the app Slice...never once had a issue that wasn't taken care of rather quickly. Food is pretty good I guess ...The 6th time however, is what will lead me to find a new pizza spot. Ordered 36$ worth of food at 8:12...received confirmation email at 8:19, 40 min estimate. Great no worries...9:20 rolls by and still no call/email/food. So my patience is out at this point, I call and was told If i wanted to cancel, I would have to go up to the location in the morning and get cash. No explanation offered, no apology given...simply...waste more of my time to correct their mistake. I pressed for a better answer and was told with zero remorse "Our driver is gone but he says he showed up and knocked on the door for several minutes and called many times"...well thats funny, you said the driver was gone, so that story came rather fast despite you not knowing about my order...my phone with 5 bars and 1 gb solid wifi calling shows no calls...and my 2 dogs in my 800 sq ft apartment didn't bark once...so whose door did they actually show up to...Talked to the manager Chris after a roughly 10 minute hold, who offered a half assed apology and offered exactly nothing to try and save the situation. Wasn't looking for much...maybe just...i dunno...a tiny bit of effort to show he gave a d*mn. Whatever...according to Slice, another 8 pizza joints nearby. The heck...
Read moreWe viewed online menu, called order in and picked it up. We later noticed that one pizza had red onion on it that was not ordered. When we called to notify the establishment, the manager told me that it was my fault.....that I should have expected red onion to be included on a buffalo chicken pizza. I explained that I looked at it online and ordered what I wanted, he was demeaning and continued to say it was my fault. The manager wanted to argue, he said that he wasn't responsible for my lack of computer skills and inability to accurately navigate the web.
After paying full price for wrong pizza, we were told our only option was to pay $5 for a (Small!) replacement pizza with the requirement that we must provide the driver with a "good tip".
We live close and go there all the time....the food is good, but customer service is horrible. If you have a problem, there is nothing that can be done. The manager does not know how to deal...
Read moreI was a repeat customer of approximately 3 years either myself or family order from this establishment once or twice a week. I searched the on- line menu the price states order of wings 10 for $6.99. I called and placed two orders which came to $17+, I questioned the total and was told the wings are now $7.99 and they have not updated their website. I told the female that I feel I should be given the price that is listed on-line as I am a repeat customer and it was no fault of my own that price updates hadn't occured. She said that they could not do that at which time I told her that I will not longer be a customer and to cancel the order. With sarcastic response she says "ok". A establishment with mediocre customer service such as this it causes one to wonder how long they will remain in business. #nolongeracustomer...
