I would give this location a Zero if I could. I just witnessed your employee tell a customer that he would not take his order as the customer was utilizing his phone to communicate the order. English was not the customers first language and your employee told the customer then me that he could not take an order from him because he did not understand what he was ordering. I of course, being a decent human being, stepped up and ordered for the customer what was on his phone screen. Your employee tried to stop me from doing so again telling me that he could not accept an order from someone who doesn't understand what they are ordering. After me insisting that this was my order, your employee accepted the order. I am completely disgusted with your employees demeanor with this customer as were my children and the other customers who witnessed your employee treating this man as less than human. After I placed my order for myself and my children, your employee tried to justify his actions which I politely did not accept as the other customers money was just as good as mine. In addition to 30% higher prices than other McDonalds, App deals show up as "No Longer Available" when you add them to your mobile order (Even though they are still valid elsewhere). When I decided to use points to get something I pulled up to the order point and got nothing but snarky attitude from start. I expressed my exasperation under my breath as I was pulling away from the speaker and he apparently heard me because the punk attending the drive through was rude and intentionally messed up my order. (Iced Coffee) trying to hand me a Black iced Coffee. When I asked what is this, he gestured at the screen (which I couldn't see) and said "It just says iced coffee." Iced Coffee-Black is a separate menu item, distinct from a regular iced coffee with cream and sugar. When I told him to just reverse the order and give me my points back he claimed he didn't know how to do that.

I ordered with the mobile app, received an email receipt, and confirmation in the app. I went inside to pick up my order and the app was no longer displaying the "order number" but it displayed the receipt instead. I was told that they don't know anything about this order and quickly dismissed. They flipped thru the order screen and decided that I was lying. I opened the email receipt and showed them the "order number" and again the FULL reciepts for my order. They said they can't find it and they don't know what I'm talking about. Very dismissive. I called to file a complaint with McDonald's (corporate) and they said that it would be up to the franchise to refund my order. I've tried to reach out to the franchise also but, of course, I haven't heard anything back. Be careful with these off brand stores and their employees.
