Have been here several times now and it really is pretty good food. Heads up if you order on Uber Eats there’s less than half the menu available, order in person if you have the chance for a wider selection. The lamb quesadilla is very high quality but the cheese is like, melty queso instead of melted shredded cheese, which is something I hadn’t seen anyone else mention. My husband and I stayed at a hotel across the interstate for one night and found this in a search for dinner. WOW! The food was absolutely delicious! We had the samosa chaat, dal makhani, and chicken curry with rice. Everything was flavorful and savory! Surprisingly good food located inside of a gas station. The vegetarian curry was delicious, and the taco salad bowl was also very good. The ground beef in the taco salad bowl was a bit spicy and cooked differently than typical ground beef, however, it was still pretty good even though it was on the spicy side. Guess that's the Indian fusion!

Anyway, good stop for food if you are in the area. I will certainly be going back on my next visit...
