Wow what a local treasure! We were going to Coles plant farm and drove by this place. Their 'artisan' pizza sign drew us in. The food is honestly some of the best we have eaten in all of Oklahoma! The hand made pizza and beef brisket sandwich with home made coleslaw on a fresh toasted bun was scrumptious! They also serve authentic Lebanese dishes- including hand roasted eggplant babaganoush that tastes sublime. We got some frozen hand made pastas to try at home. We can't wait to go back! It was my first time checking out today and I got the ribeye kabob and one beef bomb. The kabob was delicious and well seasoned! I asked for medium but was cooked well done and it still was juicy and awesome so all good. The beef bomb was super creamy and flavorful but the middle was cold, that’s the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star. This place is the quintessential Hole-in-the-wall that you absolutely need to experience. The lobby is small, but well decorated. The food was absolutely phenomenal, with a very quick speed of service. The gentleman manning the CSR position was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He walked us through the menu and explained everything. The wings were incredible, the pizza was hot and had the perfect crust. The frozen prepared meals section looks incredible too.
