I had placed an online order on Saturday night at the Lexington, Ok location around 6:30pm. 2 large pizzas and a bread stick. I called after an hour and a half to see about my pizza. They said it was being delivered. I never received it. I called back 30 minutes later to check again and was put on hold. I received an apology at first. But was told they lost the ticket and the order was in the oven. I told them I would be there in 15 minutes to pick it up. The gentleman then told me he could not guarantee it would be ready. I told him I had already waited for 2 hours and I did not trust them to deliver it anymore. He became more rude with me and I told him to just give me a refund. He started arguing with me more and called me a jerk and told me I have harassed 2 employees now. I said this is horrible customer service and asked to speak to a manager. He said there wasn't one there. I became upset and asked for their phone number. He told me no and there was a way to contact them on their website ( which when I tried the contact us option on the website the submit button was not working.) And I told him this was ridiculous. And he hung up on me. I never harassed anybody. I never raised my voice at any point. I just wanted to feed my kids. My husband called back and was accused of yelling too and he was calm the whole time. He told them he just wanted a refund and they kept offering store credit. They finally agreed to give a refund but told him they are still bringing the pizza even though he told them we didn't want it anymore. ( Update: while writing this, the delivery driver showed up with hot pizza and the refund receipt. He was nice to my husband) I am so upset and shocked with the way we were treated tonight. We won't be ordering from y'all again. I would like to speak to someone regarding this incident though. I don't want any other compensation but someone needs to be aware of and acknowledge how your employees are...
Read moreYesterday was my first time dining in. I have eaten their pizza before and it was really good. The reason for my 3 star service review is because of the one employee at the counter. Our waitress and waiter were great! The girl was polite, helpful and kind. The boy was the same. Both working hard and just delightful. But! The other dark haired girl at the counter was not! I went to the counter to get 2 boxes to take our leftover pizzas home, we were a party of 3 adults and 4 children so we ordered 2 pizza and the Gyro special the works very tasty! She gave me 2 large boxes. My son asked me to check for smaller boxes. When I went back to ask, the dark haired girl drops her cell phone on the counter, obviously bothered by me, and looked at me bothered, spoke to me bothered. Read moreI really hate writing bad reviews but unfortunately this one is necessary. As far as the quality of the food, I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The food is as good as it always is and I won't ever try and convince anyone otherwise. However the service yesterday was lacking. My wife and I have a service dog. Yesterday we were told we can't dine in at the restaurant because of our service dog. On top of this we ordered two calzones, we received one calzones and one large pizza. Not what we ordered. My wife was furious about them telling us to leave with our service animal. Unfortunately we will not be going back again. For the record though the food was still good. They just need to retrain...
