Subway — Restaurant in Lexington

Had a horrible experience! If I could rate 0 I would!!! Mine and my sister’s sandwich was thrown away from another customer calling a female staff member a “sir” on accident. My sister had low blood sugar and was shaking and needed to eat right away. Also, there were flies sitting on the meat and the staff members didn’t do anything to get them off. So NASTY!!! I should have walked out right then and there when I seen that. Service was super slow too. I DO NOT recommend eating at this Subway! The workers Chelsey and Trisha were very rude and unprofessional. When my sister and I tried explaining to them that doing what they did was uncalled for, they proceeded to argue and be rude saying they were not going to serve us for what another customer did. I wanna take the time to recognize one of your employees She’s from Dallas Angel or Angie I believe I can’t remember her name but I just wanna say she is the most Nicest, most respectable young lady I’ve ever met we were all having a bad day And we stopped by to get a sandwich to feed our little ones. She was so helpful and very patient. Her customer service is immaculate. It’s rare to find people like her in that type of workplace. You can tell she enjoys her job but for that Few minutes she made our day actually made our whole week. Will never eat here again ever time I go they never make my sandwich right I ask for one line of mayo and they still put to .... and ever time and I mean ever single time they smash my bread ... I work there you can cut it without smashing it ... was never asked if I wanted chip,cookies, or a drink .... so how I see it I just pay for trash way to much mayo and the meat is all kinds of uneven across the bread lettuce was brown just no good and I haven't even tasted the sandwich and kinda just want to throw it away...
