We stayed at the Hampton Inn-Chicago O'Hare Airport and asked where we could go for food. It was about 1:30 p.m. and we had our 2 British friends, Marie and Gary, with us, and they had to fly out about 4 p.m. and we were leaving the following morning. We were told we could walk to the Q Bar and that it was pretty good. So we went there and when we first went in, there were only 3 customers, 2 of which were standing at the bar waiting to pay their tab. Music was playing quite loudly, and we didn't see anyone that worked there. After a few minutes of waiting and wondering if they were indeed serving lunch, we saw a young woman behind the bar. We asked for menus, which we got and said we wanted to sit at a table far from the bar as it seemed the music was a bit quieter. Our server, Diana, came out from behind the bar and asked for our drink order and we asked if she could turn the music down and after taking our order, she did do that, which made us much happier. We then ordered food, 2 burgers off the special menu for myself and my wife, 1 burger from the regular menu, for Gary, and Farfalle pasta for Marie. The prices were really low on the special menu, $7.99 for a burger that you could get with cheese, and that came with fries. My wife got the cheeseburger with no extras, and I got the cheeseburger with bacon, only $1.00 extra, and mushrooms and fried onions, only $1.00 extra, cheap!! After a short wait, we all got our food, and the portions were very generous. Gary's burger off the regular menu was only $12.99, and you could get all kinds of extra stuff on it for free. So he added cheese, bacon, and pulled pork. When it came, we couldn't even see his burger for all the pulled pork on top of it. It was a huge portion. Well, all the food turned out to be very tasty, Diana took very good care of us, and we left quite happy with our choice of venue for lunch. I highly recommend the Q Bar, which is attached to...

Who cares...just wanted a grilled chicken sandwich to go...last time..it was the bomb...really good. I also asked for fries and a Coors lite. Ok .. starving. 30 minutes later the young lady walks over..with the grilled chicken sandwich to go..and a bottle of Coors lite. W...T....freak is this? I told her I didn't ask for the sandwich to go. Wha'..I'm supposed to drink the beer driving down the street? She apologized which is fine..but I had to see this sandwich. I opened the styrofoam container to a hoagie..with waaaayyyy too much mayo...seemingly boiled chicken sauteed in a pan lightly w/tomato slices and lettuce. I told her I'm not eating that. This wasn't the sandwich I'm used to getting there. She maintained nothing there has changed until I pressed further..and she admitted a recent chef change. No reason for me to go back. Damn..Everytime I find a good food anything..it's...

I was there in 23 and the food was so cold, I took it back and they told me I waited too long to pick it up but they’d remake and it would take awhile. So I sat there for 40 minutes for them to bring me the same food but microwave reheated (I used to be a cook, you can tell the difference) and when I asked for a refund, bartender Yesenia, asked why I wanted a refund because they just remade my food and claimed she could get the order I had just brought back but upon returning, she was empty handed and just gave me my refund. The guy was pretty rude as well, you’d ask a question and he would ignore you...
